You did it again, good sir! Man, now I really want a Greeny project! 😅 On the subject of pots, I think you have it the other way around: linear (B) for volume and audio (A) for tone is the "standard" in most guitars. I put Audio pots in everything, works for me (I also use a treble bleed in some cases and it helps). Supposedly, audio pots (or logarithmic) work more like our ears do. It really goes down to preference like you said, it's worth experimenting with such things 😁
Thanks for commenting! I´m pretty sure that A-pots is more commonly used för the volume simply becaus they have a audio taper wich suits the human ear. The B-pot is linear and gives a smooth transaction from 0-10, that´s why it workes on a tone-control. Many guitarbuilder, such as Fender, use the A-pot for both volume and tone but I think that that is a decision based on not holding to many items in stock in their factory more than anything else. What´s confusing is that in "the old days" the linear pot was called A and the Audio B. But if you buy new ones I would go for A for volume and B for tone or A pots for everything. But please, if I´m wrong I´m more than willing to learn! 👍🤘

I finally bought the SG you have back there, and it's quite good, not perfect obviously but overall a good guitar, I put real grovers on it and it's fantastic, i also did some videos with the guitar

i found it way ez er to swap the wires on the neck pup...ya i took the ez way out but ya get the same effect with both on...
dave simpson did a long film about "staggering" the pups on the "greeny" les pauls like peter green had his...might give it a watch...i did and was spun out by the results!

Yes, you can change the electrical current as well. :) I haven`t done that myself so I can´t speak on the result but it should have, if not the same, a similar effect.
I was impressed with the Toneriders. I´ve been searching for a good 100$-option to put on the guitar and these was spot on!

Make sure you don't get the magnet in the water, Donald Trump says the magnets no good anymore if it gets wet. On a more serious note, that may be off topic, so if Earth's poles reverse like they say it's in the process of doing will all our guitars be out of phase? Or will it not have any effect on currently charged magnets?
Haha, we have to listen to what "The Don" says!
I´m no scientist but if the earth´s poles change all that happens is that both of the magnets in your guitar change the direction of there attraction which means that they are still in phase with each other. And that our compasses all point to south instead of north.
I tried getting one of these guitars from Aliexpress shipped to Australia it has been nightmare... checked tracking got to Australia then sent back to sender. Not sure if it was an issue with customs. have tried msg seller no response. Trying to get a refund hope can get sorted.
