I’ve always worked with kettle bells in my salad days but now after years of being unwell and recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease , I have very little energy and have lost most of my muscle tone and fitness levels which I found devastating. I came across this website after becoming desperate for fitness ideas that didn’t exhaust me…and I found Lucy. This is my 3rd week now of doing 7-9 mins of keep fit from Lucy and I can honestly hand on heat say that I feel stronger and fitter than I have done in years. My GP was delighted when I told them what I am doing to help my fitness, mental health and the fatigue I really struggle with every day. I finally feel better knowing I am helping myself to the road of recovery, thank you so much Lucy. I have hope again. ❤

I've just completed day 3, feeling less tired towards end. Love the feeling of quenching my muscles/fat on my back and love handles with move 2! Will give another update towards 7 days. Day 5 completed - I took a little break but back on and have 2 more days to go! my tummy is flattening, no more bloated look and fewer rolls for sure. my hips are starting to tighten also. Very happy so far and looking to continue. I will update, end of 7 days.
@@nishajassal1476 Thank you! I am all done and definitely have seen a difference so I am going to continue and also do the legs work out too. I didn't change my diet as much but makes you think about what you consume. This workout is worth a try and commitment for 7 days see some form of results.
@@patjennings3760 There were days I did both sets one after the other, morning or evening. Days that I felt tired I did one set in morning and the other in the evening but only if I knew I had the time and motivation to save myself from feeling disappointed if was not able to do evening.

Every 7 day challenge I've tried has not only worked but had unbelievable results. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. There's no one I'd rather work out in the morning with than you. So I've been doing about 4 or 5 of your workouts at a time. I usually do a few ab a leg and glute. The exercises don't tear open my diastasis I've worked so hard on healing and yet they still work. When I thought my D.R Was healed I started doing hiit workouts or really intense workouts. And unfortunately I had a 4 finger gap after my c sec, I worked hard to heal it to a 1.5 finger gap which I then proceeded to tear right back open doing exercises that don't even work as well. I've learned my lesson lucy. I'm not going anywhere 🙅and you will be my only online trainer. 💪🙏🏃

I have been doing these workouts for a little over a week and I can already feel the difference. I have way more energy, my mood is better, and I can feel my muscle memory returning. I have extensive injuries and am still able to do these work outs without any issue. Thank you soooo much Lucy. I love how short these videos are and that makes it easier for me to talk myself into doing them.
I am not a beginner. I am 62, but was having trouble staying motivated with my workout routine. I came across your workouts and am loving them. I have been a body builder most of my life and do not actually do much in cardio because I simply do not like it. Plus, as you get older and experience fun things like bladder issues, I do not like jumping. Your workouts incorporate cardio, but in a very do-able amount. I had grown bored with the whole plank, sit up, crunches routine. I have started doing your workouts and am really focusing on form and taking it slow. I am loving it and feel like it is a breath of fresh air. Love how you take the time to really show how to do each move and that they are not difficult moves so I am able to keep up and not worry about coordination. They are very easy to follow. And, they are short enough routines that you can combine a couple for a really good workout. I want to encourage anyone who has trouble getting started on a workout routine...give these videos a shot. Before you know it you will be on a daily workout routine!

This has been my favourite workout so far, really accessible and no excuses as you can do it in pyjamas - no need for any fancy gym gear or trainers. Ive never had such a flat yummy in my life ...its toned and flat and lost 2 dress sizes ! Whoop whoop! I stay in hostel, i dunno if im losing weight as i dont hv tape..im currently doing ur 7min arm n belly workout. Let me b honest, i feel more active aftr incorporating ur exercises in my daily routine. Also one advice i took seriously is njoying the workout, this actually excites me as i am njoying my workouts wd u n not punishing myself.
