SPECIAL EVENT - MYPONGA POP FESTIVAL REVISITED - Saturday 30 January 2021
Australian music fans return to the site of South Australia's very first progressive pop music festival held in the area of Higgs Road, via Pages Flat Road and some 5 kilometres from the rural township of Myponga. The original festival was held on the grounds of an ex diary farm over the Australia Day long weekend 30 January - 01 February 1971.

I had just celebrated my 16th birthday only a few days before the festival, and it was of those events which i have often reminisced with many others over of the ages...and yes BS were an act to SEE and HEAR..!!! cheers from DAVA101
