i'm stuck on the icue installation wizard it asks me to choose and language and when i click on next it freezes, so i can't use my scuf envision controller(normal one, not pro). someone can help me ?
I cant even detect my controller on gamepad testing website. even though I have reset my controller. it's just a piece of plastic now. I don't even bother about shipping it back.
The iCue software is the worst application I have ever used. Crashes multiple times per day, rendering the controller useless until I exit out of the game and restart the PC. Corsair, this is absolutely ridiculous.

icue crashed and my controller can no longer be detected
I cue keeps crashing and my controller isn’t detected. Tried clearing all data and reinstalling / reinstalling previous versions. Doesn’t work
