After an Icue software update about 6 months ago they changed something with the Hardware Mappings functionality and now there is no longer a save icon to overwrite the profile onto onboard memory. Any workarounds with the new and improved Icue?
Corsair has the drivers for the controller on their website too. I don’t even have icue installed and I’m able to use the controller. Icue is honestly the worst part about this controller.
bro im stuck plz help me. i'm stuck on the icue installation wizard it asks me to choose and language and when i click on next it freezes, so i can't use my scuf envision controller(normal one, not pro)
I'd buy this controller yesterday if you could hardware bind the G Key's. I'd be able to set up the binds on windows and play on Linux (steam deck). If this was possible.
Can you do all the things you just did and then “uninstall” all of icue and still use the controller? Because not “running” icue is different than uninstalling. So I’d love to know if you can do this same thing whilst showing you UNINSTALL the app.
U should be able to use the controller without the software, once ur profile is saved on the controller. But i think some features may not work without the software. Especially setting keyboard (M for mute) or smth to a controller key. Because the app doesnt connect it to the controller
I found that hitting the horizontal button below the round power button is what changes profiles. Mine seems to be changing from mappings the lightening is different, to hardware mapping (the one I set up) the reason I noticed is because the lighting changes . Thank you for the video !
Nice video. I just watched another video about how bad the software for this controller is and decided to not get this controller because of that, but with these hardware settings being able to be saved to the controller I might just keep this on on the list of possibilities. How do you or other commenters here view the KK3 Max in comparison to this SCUF. Which one is the better buy giving the price differences?
nice video. so it essentially maps it to one of the 3 color profiles. can i map it all without ICUE and still use it. i know u lose the g keys but wanna use this for my handheld. i assume it works wtih bluetooth?

Im getting a issue where my back paddles start laggin and are delay after a couple games. Its driving me nuts. Hopefully will try this later and see if it can solve it. Love the controller but this ICUE software is garbage

What I found is sometimes MW3 thinks you have a mouse hooked up even though you have the envision plugged in. So just go to options and switch back to controller and everything will work again on the controller. Hope that helps someone.
That sounds good. But there must be a way to not let the program open itself every pc start. Either in task manager, in the program itself or maybe in windows apps settings. I mean once the profile is saved on the controller, it can handle all this stuff without the programm. Just need to turn off autostart and u will never need to resave the profile again and just can play. Maybe its even possible to save more prifiles on the controller and change them with a button or smth.

Icue is pretty bad software but I would suggest trying to use something like "bulk crap uninstaller" or "Revo uninstaller" to try and uninstall ICUE then try to reinstall it. Sometimes ICUE just fails at installing and I had this happen on a clean install of windows so I had to reinstall windows to then install ICUE.
