Really enjoyed that.... as much as it hutt me! I have 2 bulged lower back discs. Will do this every day for s few weeks and see how it feel then. Nothing has changed yet so desperate to try anything for pain relief.....

I just started the svelte program and this is my first seated exercise, and I feel amazing! Thank you! I broke my right wrist and hand a few weeks ago and it is in a brace, so this was pretty wonderful that I could do these exercises without hurting myself. Thank you so much.

If reaching your knee isn’t working, try seated leg extensions while sitting in a chair-just extend your leg out as far as you can without straining. Another easy option is ankle pumps: just flex and point your toes while sitting. Every little step counts, so listen to your body and go at your own pace! You’ve got this! 💪🌟
