That's the most complete kit on a mora knife ever!!! The tape at the end is amazing, and you have tape in a pinch for fixing a boo-boo or what have you. Thanks much buddy! Blessings to you and your family 😇 🇺🇸

here a tip for you. warp the tape first then get a rangerband that runs the whole length of the sheath. put the bag and ferro rod under it near the top. wrap the cord on the bottom. you do it like this so it is easy to roll down the band to acess the items. i woud add band aids, cotton gause for first aid. adding extra stuff is easy .you can make the ranger band longer and tape the bottom shut to make a pocket to add even more stuff.thats how i set up my mora . all the stuff you put into a servival tin can be put in there.

my mora has no piggy back clip sheath ,so it smooth . so I can put the ranger band all the way to the top. I wrap duct tape around bottom to make the sheath the same thickness to the top so the rangerband fit snug and wont work down. I don't wrap cord around knife .I make a daizy chain sling around my folding saw to carry over shoulder. it makes for quick deployment and re attachment..

Interesting stuff! I like the orange paracord- all stuff you might rely on for emergency use should be brightly colored IMO. It would be a good idea to all just a little bit more cordage, even if it's thinner, run through the firesteel lanyard hole. You could easily wrap/tie/tape down the loop to keep it out of the way but it would do two things for you; first it would make the 'steel easier to see if it got left on the ground or dropped and secondly it would retain the 'steel if it slipped or was jarred out of the carrying slot.
I like to make small kits like that but I'm not sure how useful they are. I suppose it depends on your AO. In the mountains of Montana and Idaho where I run I'd really rather have more kit with me. Even in the summer it can dip down to 35 or colder. I've done overnights there with just a fire and a space blanket for shelter and while I was fairly comfortable I can see how some rain or high winds could make things dangerous quickly.
That little Mora kit would be a good backup or supplement to the other stuff you carry but I'd be uncomfortable using it as my only survival kit. YMMV.
Thanks for a thought provoking video! Subbed.

Why do these people buy a great looking knife and then ruin it by taping stuff to it, try actually carrying a seperate survival kit in a Altoids tin.
