I used special hair oil named littleextra cocoonion twice a week and washed my hair gently with littleextra’s mild shampoo and conditioner. I started drinking amla juice in the mornings. I also decided to smoke and drink less, only doing it once a month when I met my friends. Doing all these things together made my hair fall less. Thank you to everyone for supporting me!
