As a person who has done hair straightening I wouldn't recommend it, because if you don't maintain hair as per the instructions given you would face hairfall... Pros as she said is true, ppl who have really thick hair , would find it really helpful because drying, maintaining the hair on day to day basis (meaning while going out and all) is much easier after such treatments...
