Nice and lovable family😍 ഞാനും നാളെത്തന്നെ ഈ എണ്ണ ഉണ്ടാക്കും. പിന്നെ ഒരു പ്രധാന കാര്യം Sir വൈഫിന്റെ തലവേദന migrane ആകും ഞാനും ഇതു കൊണ്ട് വളരെ കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒരു remedy പറയാം.. very very useful പറ്റിയാൽ ഒന്നു try ചെയ്യാൻ പറയൂ ഒരു പാത്രത്തിൽ വെള്ളം തിളക്കാൻ വെക്കുക.തിളക്കുമ്പോൾ അതിലേക്കു നമ്മൾ വീട്ടിൽ കഴുകി പൊടിച്ചെടുത്ത മഞ്ഞൾ ഒരു spoon ചേർത്ത് ഇളക്കി ഉടനെ വാങ്ങുക. പനിയുളളപ്പോൾ ആവി കൊള്ളുന്ന പോലെ ഒരു 10 മിനിറ്റ് ആവിയെടുക്കുക. മഞ്ഞൾ പുരട്ടി ഉണക്കിയ തുണി നെയ്യിൽ മുക്കി കത്തിച്ചു അതിന്റെ പുക മൂക്കിൽ വലിച്ചും മൈഗ്രേൻ മാറ്റം
Having lots of hair may be heredity but hair cannot be maintained without proper care. I am a true example. I had a head full of thick hair but started losing it after the birth of my second child. It fell more when we shifted from one state in India to another on transfer. Now it is sparse and wispy. And I am near 66. Some years ago I was on leave for a month and took care of my hair, oiling it with warm castor oil- coconut oil mix, and washing off with Thaali.One month changed the appearance to a noticeable level. Shampoo destroys hair and coconut oil castor oil mix thickens and conditions the strands. I think curry leaves make hair darker. Anyway Mr Krishnakumar, thank you. I made the oil for my daughter and grand daughter. Of course I will try it too. It is never too late, is it?

When u dry curry leaves have of the nutrients went off instead we make paste with fresh curry leaves, tulsi leaves, aloe vera, panikoorka and directly add to oil and boil it until water content goes off.
E oil valare കുറച്ച് oru 3week use ചെയ്യുന്ന രീതിയിൽ ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി. Amezhing result. നല്ല heavy hair fall ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു... അത് പിന്നെയും കൂടി കൊറോണ വന്നപ്പോൾ പിന്നെ മൊട്ട ആവും എന്നുപോലും ഞാൻ കരുതി. അപ്പോഴാണ് sir nte video ശ്രദ്ദയിൽ പെട്ടത്.. ഞാൻ ചെറിയൊരു മാറ്റം വരുത്തിയാണ് oil prepare ചെയ്തത്.. വേറൊന്നും അല്ല oil ഞാൻ സ്വന്തമായി ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. അതായത് തേങ്ങ പാല് പിഴുഞ്ഞെടുത്തു ഉരുക്കു വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. അതിലേക്കാണ് കറി വേപ്പ് ഉണക്കി പൊടിച്ചത് pinne സർ പറഞ്ഞ same methode തന്നെ. ഒന്നും പറയാനില്ലfirst 1week hair fall ഉണ്ടായി. 1month hair fall മാറി 8week കൊണ്ട് hair വളരുന്നു, അത്യാവശ്യം thickness ആയി വരുന്നു. Having lots of hair may be heredity but hair cannot be maintained without proper care. I am a true example. I had a head full of thick hair but started losing it after the birth of my second child. It fell more when we shifted from one state in India to another on transfer. Now it is sparse and wispy. And I am near 66.
Some years ago I was on leave for a month and took care of my hair, oiling it with warm castor oil- coconut oil mix, and washing off with Thaali.One month changed the appearance to a noticeable level.
Shampoo destroys hair and coconut oil castor oil mix thickens and conditions the strands.
I think curry leaves make hair darker.
Anyway Mr Krishnakumar, thank you.

When u dry curry leaves have of the nutrients went off instead we make paste with fresh curry leaves, tulsi leaves, aloe vera, panikoorka and directly add to oil and boil it until water content goes off.
