Waterspout off Lake Erie

- I go in search of Waterspouts out on Lake Erie on my Sea Doo once again.
Will I find one?
The conditions are right and and the models are predicting them.
Within minutes of setting out i find a spout closer to land than on the Lake.

Not many people see spouts while on the water. Years ago coming back from Put-In-Bay, I had to outrun twin spouts bearing down and make the dock. I did make it but it was an awesome experience I'll never forget...twins on the Lake.
My ultimate goal is get close to one, a Fairweather water spout, those come in better conditions

Oh I wanted to run between them but I had a girlfriend on the boat and didn't want to clean up on-deck diarrhea 😮

@@NigelHay She would've sunk a Doo. Her front was so big I had to seat her in the center of the boat to keep it from listing.
There's another possible spout forming beside the first one, it's having a pronounced spin. Possibly a dark spot forming underneath there.
And that might be landspouts, they from in a similar manner just like waterspouts but over land.
Yes there was, i think overall there was 3, 2 defiantly went from the ground up, not a perfect funnel but still ground to cloud.

Is that a GoPro on your PFD or another type of camera ?
sorry for the delay, yes, it's a GO pro, fits nicely between the buckle of the PFD
