Oh and them I decided to search the internet and I saw something that suprised in that a place in the world I dont know if said the great lake, it said that there can be like 66+ water spouts and can last for like about a week, and it also said that in the state of Florida there us about 400 to 500 water spouts per year, or maybe even average I dont remember, but I believe it said like 400 to 500, not average.

This was so cool. My 6 year old is obsessed with science and natural disasters. This video made him soooooo happy. We reminded way too many times lol. The joy in your faces. He was so happy to laugh with you gentlemen.

We saw it forming while we were getting ready to go for a hike. The canoe lifted off the shoreline and barrel rolled into the water spout. All the water in the spout fell out of the sky and it disappeared. I also found out three days later the Pastor/leader of the church group canoe trip I took the year before in Algonquin Park had a heart attack and passed away while taking the canoes of the roof of the van...at the same day and time as the water spout. True story 😌😇

That looks like it might have had horrific results. my anxiety shot right through the roof at that part. we had one in our lake last week. The weather's been incredibly bad here lately.
I have no words. This is incredible. I’ve been so fascinated yet terrified of tornadoes since I was in elementary school (I’m now 24). So much so I almost became a tornado chaser. I’ve never seen anything like this, I know water spouts are less dangerous than land tornadoes but I would be absolutely shaking in fear doing this xD

I don't think I'd do it again and def wouldn't do it in a smaller boat. it caused us to list quite a bit which you can't really see in the video.
Nah that would be epic. Though if you made a car with only cameras for windows, titanium shell and stakes that could plant on the ground ro prevent lift, and if it drives, can drive into a tornado

Hey you got any tips on swordfishing...I've been trying on the hardest place on the planet apparently..(Jamaica)...I've hooked up before but never been able to land one..other days I just don't get a bite....2 years and only giant squid..oilfish and pomfrets
Funny my dad and were fishing an offshore tournament probably 30 yrs ago. We had stopped trolling to land a fish. A water spout had came down probably 30 yards from us and stayed down for 4 or 5 minutes. About 30 seconds after it came down it litteraly started raining shad. It was fun at first but after about 15 seconds of it dumping live bait on us and covering every thing in the boat I realized I was the one who was going to have to clean the boat. Needles to say we had chum for the rest of the day and it took me 6 weeks to clean all the baked scales off the boat and T top. It was quite the experience but not worth the pain in the butt that followed. Water spout had sucked up all that bait and deposited alot of it right in or boat we were laughing and I told my dad I guess we should be happy they were not man-o-war or hardheads ( saltwater catfish). Big question did you catch a sword????
