Roving Ralph 2023 Spring VHF UHF FD weekend at VK3KQ P

This is a Roving Ralph tour of the 2023 Spring VHF/UHF Field Day station of VK3KQ/P at Enfield, southwest of Ballarat and recorded on the Saturday night. This production of high values includes highlights such as leaving the video stabilizer disabled and a loosely connected wireless microphone. This is straight off the SD card and unedited, such is the high quality of the first take. Wireless mic is panned left and camera mic panned right. Come and follow Ralph VK3LL, on another highly charged champagne comedy, as he does a live tour of the VK3KQ/P Field Day Station, which includes all bands from 50MHz up to 24GHz and the various hospitality facilities provided on site, to ensure that all personnel are well watered, fed & rested.

How many gazebo’s did you sacrifice this time.

G'day Andrew. Well, the new Coleman gazebo I bought on the Thursday suffered some damage on Saturday, so there's probably only more FD weekend in that one. I hope to get another 6 x 3 gazebo before the Summer FD, but historically the 6 x 3 gazebos are often the first to be donated to the environment... 🙂 We reckon gazebos are a consumable, bit like battery packs, spkr mics, etc...
