The following day, I did that. I got about a 50/50 mix on horizontal wires and verticals. The following day however, they were almost the same on both ends. One station said I was 1 s unit higher on one vs. the other. The following day, I was setup on the beach about 10 feet from the water and had some of my vertical's radials with fishing weights into the water. I'm going to keep testing, but this day's test wasn't a very good sample. Thanks for watching! 73
EFHW good on 40, 20, 15 & 10 with no tuner needed. The JPC-12 vertical, I have to manually tune. So I manually setup the JPC-12 for the band I want, then switch between the 2 for that band without the need for a tuner. My Random Wire, I need to use a tuner, but this day, I was using the EFHW with the JPC-12. 73 and thanks for watching!
the JPC is a highly compromised antenna with a loading coil so it should work worse. I find a full 17 ft whip vertical works significantly better in the off access direction of the EFHW and slightly worse in the direction the EFHW is pointing.
The EFHWs be kicking butt , but you should be asking him what he was using on his end ❤

Love my Endfed Antennas. Fantastic Results. Worked all Continents on 80-10m 💯👍
Right on! Thanks for watching! 73
I have a question , and a comment , I bring both as well , but I have to tune them separate what about you ??

I recently picked up the Chameleon CHA SS25. Works great!
