Another amazing recipe and video! I'm 68 years old and as a combat wounded vet, I have difficulty doing strenuous exercises. I found your channel a few weeks ago and I'm now 100% committed to following your plan to lose 35-40 lbs. I bought your recipe book, I'm workingnup to 10k steps (or more) a day, and I'm thoroughly convinced that I will lose the weight. Lastly, I'm from Texas (north of San Antonio) so it's easy for me to find everything I need to cook your recipies at H-E-B!

Was curious what you do with those pieces you cut off from the chicken 🐔? I make my dogs, dog food (way to many recalls on the stuff from the grocery stores plus idk what they're actually putting in it).
Maybe you should consider boiling those pieces your probably throwing away and give them to Logan as a treat or mix it with his dog food. Our Pom-chi Gizmo loves it 😊.
