  • This updated Steyr A2 is an awesome 9mm. The new grip style feels great in the hand and has adjustable backstraps and side-panels. This is the Compact version but still has a 17 plus 1 capacity.

I have been carrying one regularly for a couple years now the streamlight TLR8-AG or similar lineup is a seamless companion for the rail section. This little pistol has a nice balance for those of us who have larger hands the panels help fill out the palm swell there's a ton of well thought out tactile indexing points on the frame that are not just present to look futuristic the grip is Miles ahead of glock offerings it puts your hand in line but snugly underneath the slide travel this translates to a recoil signature that travels staight back from the Web of the hand it appears to bring the muzzle back to point. The dimensions of the C9 in particular are not far off from the size of something like a Makarov. For a while until recently holsters have been the main drawback for these I'm proud to say Shadow concealment understood the need of the market and will make top notch custom kydex even light bearing for these as of now. Original Gen 1 mags even the 10rd compliance variants will function in the A2's. Some dont like the feature but they have the function for key based trigger lockout for travel or perhaps housedhold storage where youd want to deny ease of access to others Good piece Steyr just has an issue with marketing presence. Some reports indicate they do in fact honor their warranty statement with reasonable turnaround. What they lack in serious aftermarket they make up for in stock features many felt they should have come RDS milled this may have put them at the top of the stack in notoriety it can practically be done by one of two routes. These have a sizeable and very welcoming base of owners stateside among them a few holster makers answered the call due to group chat inputs trialing, developing great things.

The pause and looking over your shoulder before showing use the trapezoid sights, both made me laugh and think well of your SA. Good job, keep it up. I am rooting for you.

Should have said .09%, but it looks to be very minimum from the video

I also agree with you on the way it feels in the hand and I've always wanted to try shooting the trapezoid sites. I tried to get a set to put on a Glock once but it never happened.

That grip angle looks uncomfortable with prolonged use.

Prolonged use ?? What are you planning ?? Invade Washington DC ? and get this corrupt Goverment out of DC ?? , unless you are going to use it for hours at a time, I do not see the point, respectfully, what is important is how you first feel it and if it molds good to your hand and trigger finger sets correctly. I have a 9mm Beretta (you know the one from Mel Gibson in Letal Weapon) and it adapts well to my big hand, but , since my fingers are not that long (compared to hand) it does not feel good on the trigger finger, this Steyr is just right. I tried several when I 1st got mine 9mmBer. 30 yes. ago, and none fit good, this Steyr os my perfect match.
