Training and Support to be a Foster Carer at Orchard Fostering

Here in Orchard Fostering, we provide ongoing training and support to all of our foster carers. The first training undertaken with Orchard Fostering by all of our foster carers is preparation training before starting as a foster carer. This training is also provided to all birth children in an age appropriate manner by our social care team.
Children's First training as well as Pediatric First Aid are mandatory and provided by Orchard Fostering.
Each year an updated training calendar is provided to all foster carers and staff members, offering various types of training on different topics offered in a variety of locations as well as online.
