Have you had the problem with the old one saying it can't connect to wifi? It has electrical but it doesn't turn on. Red light is on but not flashing. Eufy said it's prob broken

Yeah. Sometimes the old one won’t connect to WiFi! The previous one I had (same exact model) eventually completely stop connecting to WiFi. It was broken for sure :/
