00:12 Plug the USB-c Charge cable into the upper USB-C port of Kamvas 13
00:27 Connect the tablet with a full-featured USB-C cable.

Thanks so much, Huion, for making the usb c port so small and recessed. My computer doesn't have HDMI, so I've been stuck trying to find usb c cables that actually FIT... I've had my tablet for 3 days and haven't been able to use it 😤
The USB-C port on their tablet is purposefully made that way to force you to buy their own cable

I've been trying to get this to work for awhile and I can't seem to get it to. I've tried changing the cable and some cables won't fit in the hole. I've tried many different cables. The only thing that shows up is no signal. Sometimes you can still draw on the pad, but it only shows on the phone though not the tablet.
Did you get it to work?

i think kamvas 13 only compatible with Series smart phone..
The tablet only works for phones that have computer modus, like most huawei and samsung devices
I had the same problem, using the huion usb-c cable. I fixed it by flipping the cable around. I guess it only works in one direction, so you have to make sure it's not in backwards.
I'm doing everything shown here and still nothing works for me?
I own a Galaxy s10e, I've followed quite a few tutorials but it just doesn't connect?
It only charges my phone and stands on a black screen?
The dex feature doesn't do anything to add - when activated, it's not doing anything

@@jccalagos1169 nope.. I gave up using it with my phone.... it drains the cell battery too fast anyways.
I discovered that it only works on samsung and huawei with desktop mode.

Well, It would be helpful if 1) the included 3-1 cable was longer. It's not long enough to plug into the port on the back of my desktop, and use the tablet in a proper position. 2) either include the USB-C cable to can connect to phones, or make the port larger to accommodate most available cables.
I'm using the original cable of my note9 but it seems not to work only shows "no signal" and the upper port is connected to powersupply. What seems to be the problem? It's working perfectly fine on my laptop.

Do you need specifically Huions chords. I noticed that the USBC we have don't fit in the tablets power port like the one it comes with. I also noticed that it doesn't come with the cables neded for mobile use.

Does any usbc to usbc wire work? Or does it have to be a specific type? Because I bought an Amazon basic usbc to usbc wire and its not working.
I use the 3 in 1 cable to connect it to my Galaxy Tab S7+ but it just says no signal. I have the USB part of the cable in a USB to USB-C adapter which plugs into my tablet, and tge red USB part plugged into a power supply. Are there drivers for android? The only drivers on the website are for windows, mac or linux.
2 questions - can the kamvas 13 Pro GT-133 also be connected this way and will it connect to any android device or only specific ones? What about the devices that use micro-usb, not usb-c?

where do i get the red power cable?
I've got a Samsung S9+ have put the USB c cables in and can see the Dex Desktop on the tablet but my pen is not being detected so I can't interact with it, it just sits in the middle of the screen? do I need to turn on something on my S9+ to make it pick up the pen?

for real, its the biggest shit purchase i've ever made. sometimes it doesnt connect, sometimes it does not see the pen, and no usbc cable to phone fit in the tablet because the entrance for the usb C is way more narrow than most plugs and twice as long... i really, intensely regret buying this tablet
tip to everyone check if your phone is on the list of compatible phones in the description. otherwise this will not work...and if you have a pc and will try to connect it on pc using USB-C make sure it has a lighting mark next to it or is a more advanced port cuz ss usb sign will also not work.

Huion's usb-c is made for that, they purposefully made the port that small for their own cable
We got one of these bad boys in today, left us skint because we also had an emergency replacement of a washing machine to stump up for as well. Guess I won't be getting my own one any time soon!

The brush draws on the canvas offset and it used to work fine but now it doesn't. I'm using one plus 8T phone and huion kamvas 16 2021. How do I fix that issue? It's unusable on the phone but it used to work.

I just got my kamvas 13, is it compatible with LGV50 Thinq? It's running on android 11. I tried it with a usbc to usbc cable but it only detected it as a keyboard. Do I need a different cable?
