Just curious, what about developer tool settings on android that allows you to show touch cursor. Would this work for people who just need cursor visibility?

I have a problem, when connected to the phone it works but does not switch to phone mode. Holding buttons 1 and 5 as in the instructions does not work.

Hello! I have a question. I bought my H640P way before the android update got released. Now I have an OTG and my phone is vivo1901 running on Android 9. When I connect my tablet, it lights up but it doesn't seem to be working on the phone at all. Does this android function only work on compatible tablets bought AFTER the update? Thanks!
You can Upgrade to the new version. On Huion website the have published the new version. But before upgrading your pen tablet please contact Huion customer care service. The will help you to do it proper way. And the will help you in any case. Really helpful service.

its been a year !
this worked on my hp pen deco o1 v2. Also. had to use the whole scale size of the pen tablet. not just the size of the android device like what was happening. on galaxy tab a7 10.4. works really really well. Im new to this shit. No more mouse on my desk top, and I can my display to my samsung. put it on top of a hamper and draw while I take shit if I want to. its great. only $70 too. 8 hot keys plus 2 on the pen making 10 total, it's a lot. Pen is incredible, but if sensativity doesn't show , hit the windows ink box in the lower left corner and it starts to. pulled that one out of my ass when testing desktop sketchbook. Ibis Paint on samsung. sure felt like it had sensativiy to me. not just stretching the line with the speeds it was drawn.
I tried Ibispaint think it was great for drawing, tried it for my phone not tablet though so not as comfortable I presume😅
But I'm mainly doing this for note-taking and ibis isn't really THE best app when it comes to that.
Really excited cause once I solve the ratio problem on my galaxy A tablet I can finally ditch notebooks and write directly on my tab

Oh sorry! I replied for this comment. But it seems something went wrong. Yes surely it will work with A50. It supports all phones above anroid6.0.
@@DinasourRex huion cursors don't appear in Samsung J series S series A series it only works with the note series andriod 6.0 above idk about the TAB a series

I don't know if you answered a question like this already, but, I don't mind that my cursor isn't showing on my Samsung phone, the problem is that it doesn't matter to which phone I connect my tablet, I just can't draw normally because it always looks more stretched like uh... When I draw a circle, the drawing tablet makes it seem more like a ellipse on the screen and I can't seem to fix it. Do you maybe know what to do to fix it? 😄
Sorry Pata, I also suffered from same issue. I think we don't have any solution for this. The issue is depends on the dimension ratio of the phone and dimension ratio of the pen tablet. If I found any solution, I'll share it with you. Please share if you found anything in future. Thank you
Same problem. But I only solved it by having an older phone that managed to work perfectly. You see, the left side of the tablet works as the actual drawing area. The rest of it is where your hand is supposed to sit.
I have the moto g stylus phone, which has the circle problem, I thought I setup the tablet wrong. Then, I used the tablet on my older LG K40 phone, and it works perfectly.
@@introgauge I actually made a similarly stupid mistake, had the part draw on my phone, decided to see how to map fully then remembered that last time I did I had that ratio problem after, and now searching how to get it back😂
Hey. You gotta press first and third buttons for 5 seconds to solve that issue in several tablets. I can fix it, it is written in manual, check the manual

Ok so i can't be the only one with this problem but it's really bothering ne and i need help so my tablet looks perfectly normal i just got it yesterday so i don't think it's damaged but I'm a digital artist and before i used to draw with my fingers but when i got this table i noticed how HARD it is to use it let's say i wanna draw a full circle it turns out as an oval shape idk if it's a matter if adapting or something with the sensitivity but can someone plz reply to this comment with a tip? It's the phone. My moto g stylus phone has this exact problem you have. But luckily I had an older phone, the LG K40 which works perfectly.

No, just follow the steps correctly. It will only reset ringing tones, alarms, wallpaper etc.

Hi, i have huion 420. The problem is the pen works with my laptop, but when I try to use it using my phone, its not working. Like, whenever I point out the tip of the pen to the tablet, it lights up. But the cursor is not moving. It's just in the middle. Can someone please help messe

Yes, I think it's depends on the dimensions of the phone. Pen tablet has fix area allocate to mobile phone. But we use different sizes of mobile phone. I'll do some literature review and get back to you soon.

I can help you. To fix that, once you plugged in your phone with your drawing tablet, press the left upper button on the tablet for 3 seconds to enter phone mode. Hope that fix your problem.

Right! My moto g stylus wants to see the tablet as a keyboard. And on my LG K40 sees it as a mouse.
I can't customize my sensitivity settings !!! Ugh!!! It's way too heavy and the brush itself isn't the issue! I can't find anything ANYWHERE about where to fix it !!
My cursor is too slow to work on my phone. Like the sensitivity is too low and if I try drawing a circle it looks like a diseased oval.
And this didn't help me fix my situation :')
my tablet usb stuff are all plugged it, tablet and pen work fine ( when i push buttons the light turns green ) but whenever i try to interact with my phone i get no response from it, i googled stuff and nothingins working

No, I Don't think it can connect via Bluetooth. You have to buy or use another micro USB to USB cable.

Don't worry. It won't delet any images, documents... etc. Only security settings, ringing tones.. etc. Please follow the steps as it is. You will not loss any photos, documents etc. Good luck.

I recently purchased a new realme 9 pro. And it turned out that there was no cursor shown when connected to the tablet. Like Samsung phone does. But different story when i connected to my old realme 6. The cursor was there. I bought realme 9 pro it would do the same to It's predecessor in mind, but it wasnt the case

@Navii, I tried it. But it didn't work as I wish. Pointer only appears while touch the tablet. We can't navigate the pointer.( Pointer doesn't appear while move with a small gap from the tablet.)
