GUYS to save your time, If your phone is having a hard time connecting it means it's not supported Only andriod 3.1 type c is supported, those have Andriod 2.0 usb type c version wouldn't work. Update; also to add, you need otg cable that transfer some data because some cable are only for charging, if you used the original that came with the product and it didn't work means all other versions of the XP Pen prod wouldn't work so don't bother, either buy high end phones or use PC instead.

Hey, I bought the same tablet and I tried both ways how to connect it to my mobile, however it didn't work. I don't know what you did differently but the screen of my mobile doesn't show on tablet like yours. The only thing my tablet can do is that i can move through my mobile as I move the pen on the display of the tablet. So it's practically useless :D I would be grateful for a advice how to connect it correctly :)
I was going to buy this but disappointed since only Andriod 3.1 type C and up can be able to run this and also for the supported devices only. I hope in the future more devices can be supported and to USB type C 2.0 users as well since that's the most common port that built in phones.
I'm curious if this also works on the Artist 12 Pro. I bought one and it's FANTASTIC. I love it so much. But I'll be away from home for a while so I'm kinda curious if this would work.
I have tried a Pixel 6 Pro, a Pixel 7 and an Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus (which is on the supported list) and *none* of them will trigger the remote display on this device over USB-C. I have tried DEX mode on the Samsung, but it can't see the device. I have tried 4 different high quality USB-C cables with all these devices. Like many others, I cannot get this device to mirror output from the phone(s) at all. There is no FAQ on the support site to show how to get this device working other than a single chinese language only video on dropbox, which does not mirror my user experience trying to connect it.
I fixed my issue by purchasing a USB-C cable that supports Thunderbolt protocols. These cables are 2-5x the price of your normal USB-C charging cable, but it worked! My LG G8x ThinQ is now working perfectly with the tablet, and I'm sure it would work with the other devices. Go buy a cable with Thunderbolt or 40Gbps data standards.

Proir to watching this i was thinking of trying the 3in12c and the c2c simotaniously. Thus I feel safe to assume the dual cord option would maximize battery life over the single cord option. Gotta ask why was this information not included in the op booklet? Other than needing to say the same in Xteen other languages. Even then diagrams can limmit the language barrier. Not trying to say i would have done better. Just haven't asked any questions in a while.

I have a fully updated Samsung S24 Ultra and an Xp-Pen Artist Pro 14 Gen2 and I can not get the Xp-Pen stylus to work in Clip Studio Paint on Android. Most of my other Drawing apps have the same problem. So far Ibis Paint is the ONLY app where the Stylus fully works is there any way to fix this?

I bought my daught the Artist 12 Pro 2nd gen. She was using an ipad 7 before. I understand that this is not a stand alone tablet and needed to connect to a pc for it to work. But when we travel or when she wanted to draw on her bed she can't use it bec she can't connect it to her phone. She's using Xiaomi 12 but we've also tried it on Samsung S22 but the tablet does not mirror the both phones. I wish it was as simple as the video shows but it isn't. I'm thinking of buying her ipad again if we can't get this to work on her phone. Can somebody help me?

just ordered the seperate cable so I can draw while being on the go :-) Maybe sitting in a café, just chilling while drawing or something like that.

I have a fully updated Samsung S24 Ultra and an Xp-Pen Artist Pro 14 Gen2 and I can not get the Xp-Pen stylus to work in Clip Studio Paint on Android. Most of my other Drawing apps have the same problem. So far Ibis Paint is the ONLY app where the Stylus fully works is there any way to fix this?

I bought my daught the Artist 12 Pro 2nd gen. She was using an ipad 7 before. I understand that this is not a stand alone tablet and needed to connect to a pc for it to work. But when we travel or when she wanted to draw on her bed she can't use it bec she can't connect it to her phone. She's using Xiaomi 12 but we've also tried it on Samsung S22 but the tablet does not mirror the both phones. I wish it was as simple as the video shows but it isn't. I'm thinking of buying her ipad again if we can't get this to work on her phone. Can somebody help me?
