Auto train is my favorite train to watch cause of the power and superliners. Seeing P40s pull super liner consists with “freight” on the rear is just awesome. Reminds me of them 90’s DVDs I watched growing up.
I took a friend to FLA/USA on the Auto Train in 2006 and I thought it was the most wonderful train trip I ever took. I since have taken Amtrak to AZ & TX. This is a great video.
Beautiful video! Very nice video compositions. However: passenger trains pulled by diesel? In Europe since the 90's long gone; France is traversed at 250km/hr, in less than 5 hrs from the north to the south, with just four of five stops. Edit: Amtrak passenger uphill at less than 50km/hr, must take ages to travel north to south USA. This is Europe in the fifities :).
compare the size of france and USA, obviously its gonna take longer. Also in USA we use planes to travel, our country isnt tiny like european countries. And amtrak goes way more than 50 km/r

Spectacular shots of the Auto Train at Powell Creek and the marina at Neabsco Creek. Excellent video of the Amtrak Auto Train.😁👍

Great footage and coverage!❤❤👌👌
Excellent work altogether ❤
I can't believe the Autotrain doesn't carry a sightseer lounge! That's a shame! 😢
Seriously for the length of this train seems like their could multiple sightseers on every train
