(Forgot to record workout) But i could totally see a big difference after 2 days! Amazing. I started doing 2 thigh workouts a day, even my mom said my thighs look skinnier 💀.

just as motivation… i started doing slim thigh workouts in august bc they had gotten so bulky due to sports. the week of christmas i woke up with a thigh gap and since then i’ve been motivated to continue working out. this is definitely the best thigh slimming workout i’ve done.

@@PhuongAnhNguyen-xb3gt I did 1000 calories a day diet. I ate salt-free and sugar-free dishes. I drank 2.5 liters of water every day. And some days I did extra workouts too

@@i-mk9283 Ok umm, so far I have lost 0.5 cm on my left thigh and 0.3 cm on my right thigh. It's not a big change but I have been eating unhealthy food the past weeks so that's... probably why there's not a huge result.

Okay I will probably be doing this for next few weeks
Please note that I also diet and walk 8000+ steps daily. I will be doing some other workouts too. I’m also pretty athletic already. Things don’t work same way for everyone too. And that’s alright. We should focus on being healthy and our best selves.

I usually go ice skating every Thursday and because of the pandemic the rinks got closed and my legs got chubby and the rinks gonna open in about a month, I don’t want people to see me in chubby legs, I’ve tried so many workouts but the comments are such lies. The videos never work but this one seems to work. thank you for this!

I see a difference but don’t always expect a big thigh gap in just a week specially starting with the size of my thighs that I started with, work for it until you get it!

Most youtube leg workouts won't work for most people if you do them alone. For best results, I recommend doing any youtube leg workout along with a clean-ish diet at a small to moderate calorie deficit + at least 20 minutes of cardio per day. DAY 1: I always do some exercise on UA-cam and the duration only 10 minutes, but I got dizzy and gave up at 3/4 in that video. But this exercise it's different, bcause I can handle it. My thighs felt the burn, but everything is fine. There's no sign of dizzy, so it's a comfortable exercise :D I luvv it♡
