      @@prettygirl5185 you do tone them when you slim them 😂 the ones that tend to make you look bulikier work the major muscles. Hers work them but not as much and they work minor ones

      @@velnont.1319 you probably need to put a pillow under your knee during the kneeling squats 😁 pain is your body's way of telling you to either modify, skip or take a long break.

    day 18 & 19 - BREAKK! *my thighs has improved and can freely do exercise without getting exhausted as before*
    day 20 - still doesn't do this workout but I still on my diet.

    out of all the thigh workouts I have done this one is the best!
    (Forgot to record workout) But i could totally see a big difference after 2 days! Amazing. I started doing 2 thigh workouts a day, even my mom said my thighs look skinnier 💀.
    10/10 would recommend.

      this workout personally for me didn’t make it muscular or bulky. It’s great for people looking to slim down their legs. I’m sure other people in the comments have their opinion too!

    just as motivation… i started doing slim thigh workouts in august bc they had gotten so bulky due to sports. the week of christmas i woke up with a thigh gap and since then i’ve been motivated to continue working out. this is definitely the best thigh slimming workout i’ve done.

    Been doing this for more than a year now, with the slim waist and slim arms workout. I don't do it everyday, only when I have time and when I feel like it. With good food, it keeps my body on shape. Thank you so muccchhhh 💖💖

      @@PhuongAnhNguyen-xb3gt I did 1000 calories a day diet. I ate salt-free and sugar-free dishes. I drank 2.5 liters of water every day. And some days I did extra workouts too

    Hi Lena! I have been doing this workout for 3 days! I am proud. I don't know why I just realized. But you seem very sad I could tell with your facial expressions and voice.     Hi Lena! Usually I don't comment on videos but I've started this workout less than 2 weeks ago and i'm surprised because the results are already showing! I honestly thought it was going to take a while because I binged.. and ate unhealthily the past weeks but I've managed to eat more healthy food these days.       @@i-mk9283 Ok umm, so far I have lost 0.5 cm on my left thigh and 0.3 cm on my right thigh. It's not a big change but I have been eating unhealthy food the past weeks so that's... probably why there's not a huge result.

    Okay I will probably be doing this for next few weeks
    Please note that I also diet and walk 8000+ steps daily. I will be doing some other workouts too. I’m also pretty athletic already. Things don’t work same way for everyone too. And that’s alright. We should focus on being healthy and our best selves.
    I also cannot mesure my thighs at the moment, but I’ll try to give y’all a picture of how this journey goes

    My thighs are aching, but the workout itself wasn’t really bad. I like it, targets all thigh muscles and I can feel burn.

    My thighs don't touch and I always hated my stick legs. I love how the trend changes but it makes me sad at the same time because of the lookism getting engraved in us along with kpop even without us realizing.

    I usually go ice skating every Thursday and because of the pandemic the rinks got closed and my legs got chubby and the rinks gonna open in about a month, I don’t want people to see me in chubby legs, I’ve tried so many workouts but the comments are such lies.       Most youtube leg workouts won't work for most people if you do them alone. For best results, I recommend doing any youtube leg workout along with a clean-ish diet at a small to moderate calorie deficit + at least 20 minutes of cardio per day.     DAY 1: I always do some exercise on UA-cam and the duration only 10 minutes, but I got dizzy and gave up at 3/4 in that video. But this exercise it's different, bcause I can handle it.
