Funny story… one time I was about to miss the garbage truck, but at the same time other people converged on the truck on all sides. So…. I made it.

Do you know how often they collect garbage is it weekly, bi-weekly or bi-monthly?

5 days a week in Taipei. It's hot so the trash smells bad quickly.

Probably great way to control rats.
Here in NYC bags go out to the curb in the evening, and might not be picked up until morning. Until then the rats feast.
