i'd ike to ask you a question doctor. i had a deep plane facelift and a necklift at the same time. i still had considerable sagging and lines around my chin and mouth that the facelift did not address. i probably needed a lower face lift done as well. My neck still has a lot of droopimg and laxity even after the surgeon revised his work! it's ridiculous. i dont know what to do. i was charged $17k for the original sutgery and $5k for the revision. Do you think i should go back to my surgeon or find a new one. thank you doctor i would greatly appreciate your opinion.
No facelift will address lines around chin and mouth, your surgeon should have made that clear. We laser that area frequently. Hard to say without seeing you.
@@jniamtuiii thank you doctor. i recall you saying as much in another video. you drew a circle outlining the areas a facelift wouldnt adress and the mouth and chin areas were included. i don't think my surgeon was being deliberately evasive or out to hoodwink. My problem areas were my lower face and neck, my neck has proven to be particularly problematic for him to fix. i don't mean to be disrespectful towards him or ungrateful for his efforts. You fellas are amazing special people. But you aren't miracle workers! My husband is a licensed mechanic and owns his own garage. He still works on cars and has done so for the past 40-yrs. As he will say when a customer arrives with a 15-yr old car with 245kms on the clock - i don't have a magic wand here - what do they expect to get back? a brand new car? ;) Thanks for your time doctor.

I’m 36 and I got Botox for my forehead lines and filler for my thin face because I’m a runner. I was told that too much filler is not good and actually makes your face saggier over time, like a balloon that is constantly being blown up and deflated. I’ve considered a facelift. Would that make my face rounder? I don’t know about cheek implants, though, because I’m not sure they age well. It would look weird at age 70 to still have the round cheeks and everything else skinny. 😹

Surprised that 47 is considered a "younger age". But that time, aging signs are usually quite visible.
It is extremely variable. I see 60 year olds without any aging and an occasional 39 year old with a lot. Everyone is different.

The scars blend well, but all surgery has some sort of scar.

Depends on who is saying what. Mini lift has incisions in front and back, true Weekend lift only has front incisions.
