This is completely remodeled Carefree Home that has an extra wall built as you walk in and wet bar in the living room. I could not help but notice that it looks exactly like the house I lived in a while back and it was not even valued at $200k last year. Almost identical home the only thing I did not have was the swimming pool, we used that space for a dog run instead.

@@mykee7511 hard to believe it’s remodeled since it looks like it came out of a Married With Children set. The only thing missing is the sofa. Seriously though, for this price I’d rather buy in New Braunfels, San Marcos, San Antonio, or even certain parts of Austin
