Edwards need some improving to be competitive with other builders, like get rid of sauder cabinets in that kitchen very cheap, walk-in pantry that pantry that sit out is out dated, double oven in the wall, built in shelving in the living room wall. I would rather pay ICON/Fortune/BIC custom builders to build my home instead of paying a spec builder extra for cheap quality. Step your build up Edwards and yes I have been inside Edwards model homes. Looks good on the surface but not quality built.
