i don't know if i'm looking at the right video for my problem (and your video is very clear, thank you). I can't 'save as' - it's not responding, and it won't let me 'save as'. I've tried up to 4 of your methods. I am trying to download and save a downloadable radio show audio, and as soon as i press save it goes 'not responding', but I can save a web page. My issue was that when i try to open office documents the file explorer gets a not responding error. I just adjusted the display resolution one level down from the recommended 1366x768 to 1280x720.

The next day the same issue reoccured. Resolution: I removed the file explorer shortcut on the taskbar since it always goes to not responding status when I select document/office files. I created a new folder icon on the desktop. From there I was able to open my files.
