Vijay Sales is THIRD CLASS. I faced exactly the same problem. I received a damaged Haier fridge, the rubber casing is loose and hangs. I complained atleast 10-15 times but neither Haier nor Vijay Sales attended to the problem and when the one year warranty ended, they totally stopped entertaining my calls. CROMA is anyday better.

You won't believe I have a refrigerator from LG also and it's more than 12 years, still no repair work no gas filling nothing. I belong to rural area and there are several instances in these 12 years that sometime the voltage is above 300 and sometimes below 120 and I forgot to switch off refrigerator but it always found working good. I always think that I will buy new refrigerator as it is old now. But still it's working like brand new how can i switch. Very good product from LG.

Six months back I had purchased a 32 inch smart TV from Vijay sales,as the salesman advice to buy Vise ( home product of Vijay sales) , after using it for 2 months, tv started giving problem so we completed after daily reminder the service man came after 3 days , I requested that I was not happy with the brand and I requested to exchange with samsung and I was ready to pay the difference amount, but no. I will not advice to buy any product from Vijay sales. Only big name and Zero service.
Rule 1: Better late but always buy products of reliable brands in that category and whose sales after service is better in your area Rule 2 : Never buy extended warranty at the time of purchase, first use till the warranty period, if product worked smoothly, then don't buy the extended warranty. If product started giving problems, then buy extended warranty in the last phase within the warranty period.

Similar experience with them.. one with Diakin AC and second with LG Fridge.. Both products had major manufacturing fault.. kaafi service ho chuki hai already but still no solution.. just using it for the sake of getting the benefits.. will replace them soon.
I totally agree. These chains like Vijay sales chroma, u can choose to buy the product but not at the all the extended warranty. Normally all companies now provide extended warranty (AMC) once u buy the product and give u extension..so it is always recommended.. although costly but effective
I have the same issue with Bluestar window AC purchased from Vijay Sales. I purchased extended warranty from them which is provided by Onsitego. Every month I have to get the gas filled due to cooling issue. I am planning to drag Vijay Sales, Onesitego and Bluestar to consumer court.

I think we have all faced this type of issues at least once in our lives from different companies and seriously it shows that they really don't care about common people after selling their products, someone should take this issue in court that is the only way to get justice against these scams,because in today's time who thinks about common people in this country.
We had a very good experience from whirlpool. we purchased top loading washing machine during There was some problem with the machine we complained to dealer and whirlpool replaced our machine within a week and on their own and also with the upgraded model.Nice customer care.

Chroma is better option from what i have experienced, well spoken salesman inform every discount available. I brought boat earphones from them and i got 1 year warranty (official by boat) but one side of earphone stopped working in the last month, i heard that it takes months to repair and come back, still i went to the centre told them the issue, they gave me option either to send them for repair for free or change them with any other earphone of nearby amount by paying 100 rupees. Obviously i chose second option and got 800 rupees jbl earphone at the price of 100, also forgot to mention my boat earphones were of just 300 bucks

Extended warranty is always a scam, be it is provided by Vijay Sales or any other retailer or for that matter Flipkart. I have also seen my friend running from pillar to post for his mobile repair / replacement as part of Flipkart extended warranty scam. But yes I agree that Vijay Sales is one big fraud in the retail industry. Will buy stuff from any other retailer / ecom sites but Vijay Sales.

I don't know about your case but I purchased a Hisense tv 55 inch and after 8 months the tv screen starred giving issue I complained so many times to the company but no proper response. But then I called Vijay Sales and told them about the whole scenario they helped me in my case and refunded the whole amount including an extended warranty. This was five years ago.

Reliance digital ka extended warranty achha hai. Mera samsung microoven kharap go gya tha 1.5sal bad.. They checked.. And informed samsung. Samsung engineer came submitted fault report to reliance. Reliance paid to samsung.. Within 1 week microoven was repaired I. e. Replaced with new pcb. Satisfied with Reliance service

My friend also went to their shop at greater noida location to buy a laptop. She was not expert in electronics and she finalised a laptop of lenovo. Make a video on croma.I m telling my story I had purchased laptop (Acer prediator Helios 300)from croma in September 2022 which cost me around 1,51000 which includes the extended warranty for 2 years which costs 23000 now after one and half year i face some hardware issues so i contact them to resolve my issue after they took 3 weeks to pick laptop from home after that they deliver laptop after 21 days by checking laptop after delivery i get to know the display which they have changed is degraded display and the keyboard which is changed is not working properly and the main thing is that it shows that there is no graphics card. After complaining again they took around 5 days to pick laptop they took 4 days to check what is the problem then they said that mother board is damaged they don't know how much time is required to fix the issue.Still my laptop is in service centre.
bhai. personal opinion: acer laptops are shit. they have good specs on paper but after use they start having some or the other kind of problem. also, all the electronics in my house come from croma. and i have always received great service from their side. when electronics go for repair they go to their manufacturer's service centre and not croma's. i dropped my phone which i bought in 2020, from croma. however, i got 1 year extended warranty and my phone was repaired without cost. (even though it was my fault, physical damage) im sorry for you though. it's sad that you had a bad experience. but i think croma is the best electronic retailer store. second would be reliance digital and it's not close at sll.

Actually problem is with useless Godrej Brand. It's a useless company. I purchased Sharp refrigerator from Vijay sales in 2009. Even now in 2024 it's working flawlessly past 15 years and zero issue.
Here the issue is with extended warranty policy pasted on the customer by the Vijay sales and the party which was responsible for providing extended warranty to the customer
Bro thank you for highlighting this issue that type of scam happened to me also in 2022 i bought a laptop top of around 55k and a extended warranty of one year almost at the one year completion mark in 2023 it stopped charging and we contacted them about this they redirect is to the extented warranty company and they ask for the laptop we send it and said it was a mother board issue so we said can it be repaired they told no and ask around 50% price of laptop for a replacement although we were also at fault for not reading the T&C. But we thought that we should get it checked offline so when they send the laptop. The windows was corrupted and data was lost but we went to an offline shop and they told as the laptop itself was fine it the charger that was causing the problem which means no motherboard issue they lied 😔. My dad & mom was angry and they did lot of talking it took about almost a month of talking fighting they send. A replacement charger but now all the data the laptop had was lost .so the service was as bad as it get i recommend don't get anything for there. If possible go on official brand store, crom and reliance digital they seem somewhat better. Peace 🙏

i have had a very good experience with reliance. Purchased an acer laptop in 2015, extended the warranty for 2 years which was supposed to end in march 2018. in Feb, one of keys of laptop stopped working and we went to the reliance digital outlet, they confirmed the purchase and They replaced all the existing keys with new ones and we got our laptop back in a week or so.
Except manufacturer itself. Agar extended warranty manufacturer se mile toh genuine service aur parts milenge. Par voh toh kafi mehngi atti hai. And I too feel its a gimmick.

Vijay Sales is THIRD CLASS. I faced exactly the same problem. I received a damaged Haier fridge, the rubber casing is loose and hangs. I complained atleast 10-15 times but neither Haier nor Vijay Sales attended to the problem and when the one year warranty ended, they totally stopped entertaining my calls. CROMA is anyday better.

Brother I have a refrigerator for more than 7-8 years and it is from LG company. I haven't even got new gas filled yet and it is still working. It is good and comes from LG company and has a 10 year warranty. ❤

You won't believe I have a refrigerator from LG also and it's more than 12 years, still no repair work no gas filling nothing. I belong to rural area and there are several instances in these 12 years that sometime the voltage is above 300 and sometimes below 120 and I forgot to switch off refrigerator but it always found working good. I always think that I will buy new refrigerator as it is old now. But still it's working like brand new how can i switch.

Six months back I had purchased a 32 inch smart TV from Vijay sales,as the salesman advice to buy Vise ( home product of Vijay sales) , after using it for 2 months, tv started giving problem so we completed after daily reminder the service man came after 3 days , I requested that I was not happy with the brand and I requested to exchange with samsung and I was ready to pay the difference amount, but no.
I will not advice to buy any product from Vijay sales. Only big name and Zero service.

Rule 1: Better late but always buy products of reliable brands in that category and whose sales after service is better in your area
Rule 2 : Never buy extended warranty at the time of purchase, first use till the warranty period, if product worked smoothly, then don't buy the extended warranty. If product started giving problems, then buy extended warranty in the last phase within the warranty period.
That's true, luckily for me my vise tv worked for around 4 years and then showed display issues which wasn't fixable due to no original parts .

I totally agree. These chains like Vijay sales chroma, u can choose to buy the product but not at the all the extended warranty. Normally all companies now provide extended warranty (AMC) once u buy the product and give u extension..so it is always recommended.. although costly but effective

Chroma is better option from what i have experienced, well spoken salesman inform every discount available. I brought boat earphones from them and i got 1 year warranty (official by boat) but one side of earphone stopped working in the last month, i heard that it takes months to repair and come back, still i went to the centre told them the issue, they gave me option either to send them for repair for free or change them with any other earphone of nearby amount by paying 100 rupees. Obviously i chose second option and got 800 rupees jbl earphone at the price of 100, also forgot to mention my boat earphones were of just 300 bucks
They too take extra money on the name of extra warranty... actually this is the new way of taking extra money and all are involved. Tata, Amazon, Flipkart all are same...Vijay Sales got exposed compared to a smaller company mentioned above

Extended warranty is always a scam, be it is provided by Vijay Sales or any other retailer or for that matter Flipkart. I have also seen my friend running from pillar to post for his mobile repair / replacement as part of Flipkart extended warranty scam.
But yes I agree that Vijay Sales is one big fraud in the retail industry. Will buy stuff from any other retailer / ecom sites but Vijay Sales.

I don't know about your case but I purchased a Hisense tv 55 inch and after 8 months the tv screen starred giving issue I complained so many times to the company but no proper response. But then I called Vijay Sales and told them about the whole scenario they helped me in my case and refunded the whole amount including an extended warranty. This was five years ago.

Reliance digital ka extended warranty achha hai. Mera samsung microoven kharap go gya tha 1.5sal bad.. They checked.. And informed samsung. Samsung engineer came submitted fault report to reliance. Reliance paid to samsung.. Within 1 week microoven was repaired I. e. Replaced with new pcb. Satisfied with Reliance service

My friend also went to their shop at greater noida location to buy a laptop. She was not expert in electronics and she finalised a laptop of lenovo. In the end, they convinced her to buy the model at higher price and also forced her into buying their extended warranty. Please note here, not the brands ADP and extended warranty but their own at 5000 rupees. And also in the end, they billed and handed her a different model of the brand which was cheaper and charged her higher. I got to know this when I visited her after 6 months of this incident. And at that time, I bought her ADP from lenovo

Make a video on croma.I m telling my story I had purchased laptop (Acer prediator Helios 300)from croma in September 2022 which cost me around 1,51000 which includes the extended warranty for 2 years which costs 23000 now after one and half year i face some hardware issues so i contact them to resolve my issue after they took 3 weeks to pick laptop from home after that they deliver laptop after 21 days by checking laptop after delivery i get to know the display which they have changed is degraded display and the keyboard which is changed is not working properly and the main thing is that it shows that there is no graphics card. After complaining again they took around 5 days to pick laptop they took 4 days to check what is the problem then they said that mother board is damaged they don't know how much time is required to fix the issue.Still my laptop is in service centre.

personal opinion: acer laptops are shit. they have good specs on paper but after use they start having some or the other kind of problem.
also, all the electronics in my house come from croma. and i have always received great service from their side.
when electronics go for repair they go to their manufacturer's service centre and not croma's.
i dropped my phone which i bought in 2020, from croma. however, i got 1 year extended warranty and my phone was repaired without cost. (even though it was my fault, physical damage)
im sorry for you though. it's sad that you had a bad experience. but i think croma is the best electronic retailer store.

I have many reasons to hate TATA
1. All Tata Products are expensive ( for example some Cars brand is foreign Price is low their price is low compared to TATA cars ( Tata Manufacturing in india also tax is low but Price is high)
2. Government Exams Conducted By TATA ( hum jo exam fees pay karte hai wo tata ko jati hai na ki Government ko )
3. Tata ke Products jo bhi hai wo sabki jo bahar ki companies hai uske itni hai ( thoda socho tata ko jyada tax bhi nahi dena hota hai phir bhi price high ) aur foreign companies ko bahot sare tax and GST pay karna hota hai phir bhi wo apne products ka price kaam rakhte hai
3. Tata ke company jo bhi kaam karta hai usko pocho staff se lekar manager unko itna pressure dete hai ki khana bhi nahi khane ka mann hota hai. Aur baat baat par kaam se nikal deni ki dhamki
4. Tata ke company mai salary bhi kaam hai baki companies ke comparison mai
5. Inke yaha ek rule hai English aani chahiye hindi ki value nahi aur Slow Promotion and No respect at Work place
6. Inko staffs par 0% ka trust hai. Itni Checking karenge ki sayad inke staff chor hai
7. Tata Ke isme Sabse jyada Scam bhi hota hai jaise tata Finance ( Kabhi tata Finance se loan lelo pata chal jayega)
8. Tata government ka Agent bhi hai
9. Tata Government ke har chiz ko Private karna chahta hai
10. Lockdown mai kafi logo ko Job se nikalne wali pheli company aur koi nahi Tata hi thi then uske baad baki companies ne start kiya
11. Ap log bolte ho tata itna Donation deta hai ( kaha hai wo donation) kya kiya uss donation ka
Donation uski Net Worth itni hai agar wo 90% income agar donate kare toh india mai sabke family ko 1 ghar aa sakta hai
12. Tata college gaye ho kabhi nahi gaye toh net par search karna ki tata college ki fees kya hai (Jo itne bade bade university's wo bhi itni fees nahi leti utna tata leta hai and No SC, ST and OBC reservation ( agar itna acha admi hai then Education toh free karna chahiye na )
13. Tata ke Hospital 😅 kabhi jao Tata hospital itna bada bill ata hai ki puri family ki Kidney sell karni padegi ( itna Donation karte hai then Hospital free hona chahiye tha na )
14 Tata ne aaj tak kya free diya hai? Logo ko
15 Tata ke pass itna paisa hai aaj tak tata ne free mai khana diya hai kya kabhi?

Actually problem is with useless Godrej Brand. It's a useless company.
I purchased Sharp refrigerator from Vijay sales in 2009. Even now in 2024 it's working flawlessly past 15 years and zero issue.
My godrej fridge lasted 18 year then compressor got damaged which was replaced out of warranty which again lasted 5 years
Here the issue is with extended warranty policy pasted on the customer by the Vijay sales and the party which was responsible for providing extended warranty to the customer

Bro thank you for highlighting this issue that type of scam happened to me also in 2022 i bought a laptop top of around 55k and a extended warranty of one year almost at the one year completion mark in 2023 it stopped charging and we contacted them about this they redirect is to the extented warranty company and they ask for the laptop we send it and said it was a mother board issue so we said can it be repaired they told no and ask around 50% price of laptop for a replacement although we were also at fault for not reading the T&C. But we thought that we should get it checked offline so when they send the laptop. The windows was corrupted and data was lost but we went to an offline shop and they told as the laptop itself was fine it the charger that was causing the problem which means no motherboard issue they lied 😔. My dad & mom was angry and they did lot of talking it took about almost a month of talking fighting they send. A replacement charger but now all the data the laptop had was lost .so the service was as bad as it get i recommend don't get anything for there. If possible go on official brand store, crom and reliance digital they seem somewhat better. Peace 🙏

Same mere saath hua tha but vijay sales mein nehin dusre ek bada showroom mein , Accurate 1 year ke baad LED mein fault suru hogaya , jaise mein complaint kiya authorised service centre se ek mechanic aaya aur bataya ye showroom wale kaise type maal bechte hai , aapko look pe kuch farak nehin karpaaoge , wo service centre wala mera dost tha wo kuch LED ke andar khul ke dikhaya , ki ye LED hi duplicate hai . Mera uss time dimag ghum gaya , type maal ka bahat bada scam chal raha hai market mein
कंस्यूमर फोरम में केस क्यों नहीं किया ? ये लोग कोर्ट से ही डरते हैं। वहां खर्चा और समय लगता है लेकिन इनको मुआवजा तो देना पड़ता है। अगर २५ फीसदी लोग जिनके साथ ऐसा हुआ है कानून की मदद लें तो इनकी अक्ल ठिकाने पर आ जाएगी।

i have had a very good experience with reliance. Purchased an acer laptop in 2015, extended the warranty for 2 years which was supposed to end in march 2018. in Feb, one of keys of laptop stopped working and we went to the reliance digital outlet, they confirmed the purchase and They replaced all the existing keys with new ones and we got our laptop back in a week or so.

Except manufacturer itself. Agar extended warranty manufacturer se mile toh genuine service aur parts milenge. Par voh toh kafi mehngi atti hai. And I too feel its a gimmick.

Same , vijay sales extended warranty is worst . I got 7kg automatic LG washing machine and it took 2 weeks to just replace a small part and that sentence " Engineer aaj ajayega " so so relatable.
