    Maine 2 din pahle hi, flipkart se ek smartphone received kiya. Delivery executive was nice person. Phone on krke ke bhi dikhaya. Mere satisfaction ke bad, mujhse OTP manga.

      Toh kaha se order kare bhai abhi 7 August ko mene realme air 6 pro mangaya tha toh ye product mera bhai liya aur bhai 5000 laga ke itna shok se liya tha toh usne open kiya aur kiya to kiya aur sath hi sath box ki dhajya uda di fir mere ko aya khatarnaak wala gussa fir mene repelmant request daldi 14 August ko call date tha but call aya nhi flipkart customer se baat karte hai toh bolta hai fir se cancel karke kariye fir toh aur mood kharab ho gaya fir se dala hai repelmant request 17 ka date hai dekho ata hai ya nhi 😞😞

    As an Ekart delivery boy, main khud agree karta hun ki 90% delivery boy ko OBD karne nahin ata. Galti unki bhi nahin hain kyunki wo jayada padhe likhe nahin hote hein.
    Yes, 3:38 hamare application mein sirf damages(outer physical damages) check karne ko kehte hein.
    3:45 replacement unit par OBD apply nahin hoga.
    4:28 Agar OBD fail hoti hai to COD mein amount instant refund hota hai aur prepaid mode mein within 48hrs.(In maximum cases 10hrs ke andar agar replacement unit ko cancel karte ho to)
    1 saal ke delivery carrer mein 8-10 phones ka OBD fail kiya hun aur saare prepaid they.
    8:02 main bhi is baat se agree karta hun.

    Kuch din pehle maine bhi phone order kiya tha flipkart se
    Maine delivery boy ko bola ki ghar pe chalke aram se khol do but usne bar bar bolne par bhi nahi aya ghr ke samne apne scooty pe hi mobile khola and jaldi karne k chakkar me gira bhi diya and box bhi bht buri tarike se fad dya sim ejector bhi wohi bhi ghuma diya abhi tak nahi mila
    Aur charger test karne tak bhi nahi ruka pata nahi kis baat ki itni jaldi dikhate hain
    21000k product k liye bhi thoda carefully nahi deliver kar sakte

      Jalde toh hote hee hai na,tu akela thode hote hai,unko product ke price ke hisabh se bhee paise nai milte,so product 210 ka ho ke 21000 ka unko same hai paise milenge delivery ke.

    Mujhe ek cheez bilkul pasand nhi hai , inki secured packaging fees 69 rupees le lete hai bina hamari permission ke😒, inhi ki responsibility hai ki product ka paisa diya hai toa product safely milna chahiye, secured packaging fees ke naam pe delivery charges le lete hai 😒

      But, sellers ko packing ka loss bahut hota hai. agar koi item return hota hai to forward charge, reverse charge sab dena padta hai seller ko, halaki mobile phones ke naam par secured packaging le hi le hi lete hain, par other items jaise cloths wagairah mein, log na pasand aane par wapas kar dete hain, jisase loss hota hai

    Hi ... although I agree with most of your views, the most important feature /safeguard is the OTP ... this needs to be shared ONLY after you are happy with the unboxing and the product as such ... the delivery persons sometimes insist on asking for the OTP earlier but that is against Flipkart SOP ... better yet if you face any issue rrgarding the unboxing just don't share the OTP ... the delivery guy won't be able to finalise the delivery and will have to return the product ... which is when you can easily get the refund automatically.

      This comment should be pinned. The delivery guys shouldn’t be allowed to ask for Otp that marks product accepted by the customer before opening the product.
      Once that is done, you are doomed. And they will pin the blame on you.

      @@AbhinandanSood7 That's how they are doing. Delivery guys ko bhi to open box policy ka pata hai to woh customer se OTP pehle kyon mangta hai. Flipkart is cheating people no doubt. Aise thode hota hai. It's Flipkart's responsibility to intimate to the customer about everything. Flipkart cannot say aapki ghalati hai aapne padha nahin. Aapke delivery guys kyon pehle OTP maang rahe hain ? Customer ko pata nahin to aap usko cheat karoge ? This is serious. Something really needs to be done. Flipkart has no standards. Really. I have also had a similar issue just recently. Delivery guy was racing through it all. Bech nahin rahe chipka rahe hain products.

      Except most orders by at least Indians are after much energy and time spent find the product from the hyper choices (at least filtering fake info/products) and best Sale price/coupons, if let alone the rest
      Which is not an insignificant loss

    I faced the same issue when I bought a washing machine from Flipkart. They argue for doing open box delivery and when we insist they do it very badly. When we turned on the washing machine later on it was not working. Flipkart said it's not their responsibility as it was an open box delivery. Took 1.5 months follow-up to get the refund from the brand. No help from Flipkart at all. I have decided never to buy costly items from Flipkart now

    Open Box delivery ke Karan Flipkart apne purane aur loyal customers kho raha hai jisme se main bhi ek hun. Baki unko jald samajh aa jayega toh thik hai warna 100s of website aur bhi Hain order karne ke liye. My current favourite is Tata CliQ.

    Worst experience buying ac from flipkart🤬 the ac was defective and then when I asked flipkart to replace it. They said they can't do anything and asked me to ask service centre for replacement. When they sent defective piece in the first place why don't they replace.

      I had similar experience with another expensive product, they gives excuses, they even wanted me to contact service centre and get defective product certificate from them before they can proceed with replacement, and they not even let me raise return request, saying flipkart is facing technical error for whole week, who believe this.

      @@SSkk129 for me service centre are saying they will replace only defective parts but not the entire product since replacement will take atleast 2 weeks 😖.. Though it's summer i wanted full replacement since belief is gone with this one

From the day i got product, i can't raise return request in flipkart and had to call customer care for days to raise it. You can see how far they are going to not let me return product.

    I ordered a BLDC fan and a Pedestal fan in this month from Flipkart both have Open Box Delivery.
    My experience is great... that delivery guy helps me set up the Pedestal fan.

    Yeah you are right bro recently Flipkart and Amazon started service centre replacement and providing certain time for replacement but service centres in certain areas process very late the time period for replacement gets elapsed and it becomes complete loss for customers.😢

    Last year 2023 Jan 22 ko mene ek redmi note 12 pro order Kiya tha Flipkart se
    It was open box delivery
    But usme the delivery partner opened the box neatly and also switched on the phone and handed it over to me😊

    Mene Flipkart se guitar order Kiya COD and mujhe delivery ke din ek call ata h and usme mujhe ek Banda bolta ki me delivery agent hu and apka parcel ka barcode scan nai ho raha h toh apko prepaid karna hoga and agar aap nai karoge toh product return hoga and order cancle hoga. Toh mene usko price pucha and usne wrong price bola and me samj gyi it's a scam and when I contact customer care they are took that lightly and bole ki madam it's ok aap wait kro delivery hone tak badme action lege. If koi or hota vo dar jata and prepaid karta toh uska toh Paisa chala jata na. And upper se vo log kuch security bhi nai de rahe he and scammer hote unko apka product order number bhi pata hota h and vo bhot. Confidently bolte ki product nai ayega and all. And duper me mera product delivery hogai again unka call aya nai.
    Just want to inform if you are ordered something and koi bhi call ata toh please prepaid mat karna

      Bhai aap yeh boldo ki main apne risk par le raha hoon aap dedo toh woh maan jayega most probably, bas phone ka box dekho ki andar phone ka hi box hai woh bhi sealed phir aise hi lelo. 99.99 percent usme phone hi niklega kyunki aapne sealed box ko open karna hai.

    Maine ek TV order kia tha aur open box delivery tha , phle toh 7 din tk koi installation team hi ni aayi and finally jb humne khud use install krke on kr lia toh pta chla ki TV model hi glt bheja h aur bt Consumer Court tk pahunch gya then unhone return krke humare pse vps kie.

    I order a phone and they just destroyed the box. Again when I ordered a charger, I ask them to don't open the box so that I can let my mother open the box. Guess what, i got a fake and used charger for 2500 rs. 😢

    Exactly issue in open box is very huge as in television 😔 if it is open box and executive came and delivered the tv and they don't give time to see tv properly and they also don't see if it's damaged or not and we only have to check by our own and how can one person can verify that it is damaged or no without any proper skills or steps ..
    And if that product is damaged and it was delivered in open box the god only can save . No one will take responsibility for replacement or refund or anything else..

    Or upar se haar ek delivery boy ko bhi ganda lagta hai OPD karne ka isme bohot time bhi jata hai uss time me or 2 delivery aramse ho jata hai ,, ( as my experience agar ap full responsibility lete ho box open naa kare uske andar patthar hi kiun na ho toh delivery boy ko next time se kehna box ke upar se photo khich ne keliye usse bhi uska kaam ho jata hai maine khud delivery diya hai aise , filal main wo job chod diya hu par aj bhi aisa kuch complain nahi aya hai)

    Amazon started it in India and Flipkart followed that later..
    Amazon used to call it "Open Box Inspection"..
    I purchased a TV 2 years ago, They opened the package, checked physical damages, clicked a few pictures, and repacked the TV for the installation guy..
    I found them a little more efficient even 2 years ago..
    I never faced This Issue, where they damage the Box during the delivery process..

    I bought laptop. No warrenty card and user manual in it. When checked in HP portal, warrenty expired 1 year ago. When asked Flipkart they said only hp can solve. When asked hp customer care, they asked me to send invoice. But then they said there is problem in invoice, asked Flipkart to send proper invoice. When informed about it to flipkart, they just took the complaint but 3 days gone issue jut showing processing. 7 days replacement already getting over in one day.

    Even the after open box delivery still consumer's are getting fraud and fake products for the same. When I have ordered earbuds 2 pro or the Wildcraft laptop bagpack both the time I received fake and copied product. So what does it mean of the open box, should be make a customer focus policy and make changes in the current one. As of like the products are listed and verified by Flipkart this is their duty to deliver original or genuine product to customer, because of they are mentioning the F-Assured and still the delivered one is not matching the quality and genuine tag.

    This depends heavily on the dilivery person,
    I ordered a phone couple weeks ago, the person who does dilivery here is very patient, he is elderly and doesn't rush things. He opened the box very carefully, whole saying how people like to keep phone boxes. Then he asked if I want to take the screen cover off because people like to do that, then he placed everything on floor but kept the phone on the phone box and took photos, and then turned the phone on too. And before leaving he also reminded me that I can return the device in 7 days if there is any problem.

    Hello sir I have a feedback to Amazon that is- Amazon par 7 days service centre replacement opption hai par wo jis city se belong karta hai waha par uska service centre available nahi hota hai isliye wo 175 km jana or 175 phir wapas ana or 80 km jana or phirse wapas ana padega😢😢. Jaise ki me Bhanjanagar se belong karta hunn yahan par har koi mobile, Laptop, pendrive ta service centre nahi hota hai. Isiliye hum jab bhi koi product buy karte hai from Amazon tab usko replacement karne ke liye 200 km jana or ana padta hai. Is Amazon ka service centre replacement ka video bhi kardene se acha hoga. Ap ye comment read karte ho to ap iska reply thoda karde tab me beleive hoga ki ap Comment read karte ho❤❤❤❤

    Maine DAIKIN AC order kiya . Installation bhi ho gya. Pr aaj tk Invoice nai mila. 12 Din already ho chuke hain. Customer care se contact krne k baad bola gya mil jaega. Uske baad problem resolved ka mail bhi aa gya. Pr invoice download ka option aaj tk nai aaya.
    Amazon se kabhi esa nai hua h.

    Please don't buy the 7 days service center replacement they will not work and when you contact flipkart customer care they will only say you to go to that company's service center the flipkart will not replace that item under any cost. Please buy the product offline you can ask for discount. Don't fall for the sales trap.

    I have returned products on the spot after open box inspection and then cancelled the order opting for return and the money was refunded in mostly same day or within 1 - 2 days and a couple of times 4 - 5 days. I haven't faced any problems so far.

    The Flipkart delivery guy who "open box" ed my Mobile tried to take a picture of my Mobile's IMEI number when I stopped him. I didn't know they were 'supposed' to do that! There was a bit of a verbal exchange, but in the end I just did not allow him to take that picture.

    सिक्योर पैकेजिंग के नाम पर 60-70₹ लेते हैं लेकिन किसी तरह की सिक्योर पैकेजिंग नहीं होती है वही सिर्फ नॉर्मल पैकेजिंग होती है।
    और ओपन बॉक्स डिलीवरी के साथ परेशानी यह है कि ज्यादातर और कई बार तो डिलीवरी बॉय घर तक नहीं आते हैं और रास्ते में ही जाकर ओपन बॉक्स डिलीवरी लेनी पड़ती है जिसमें इसमें वह कुछ सामान निकाल लेते हैं और सारा काम जल्दी जल्दी में करके चले जाते हैं मेरे साथ ऐसा हो चुका है मोबाइल फोन का डाटा केबल गायब कर दिया था।

    @Flipkart ke sath hui hain kuchh problems but wo resolve kr dete hain..
    Lekin last year mene 1 mic order kiya tha @JioMart se but uska brand box already open & broken tha (product missing, uski jagah 1 pathar tha).. mene customer care se contact kiya pahle unhone wait krne ko kaha 24 hours fir 48 hours & aise krte karte 1 month tk main contact krta raha lst me unhone kaha na product denge naa hi refund jo krna hai kar lo. 😢

    Flipkart delivery boy ko "open box delivery" ke liye 15 minute tak baitha kar rakho..phir agle 15 min. unboxing or product ko check karne me lagaao.. and dont forget to record.. "open-close" sab band ho jayega..
    important - do not misbehave with delivery boy.. he does not making the policies.. he works in pressure.. thank you..

    Bought a Motorola g54 with open box delivery and delivered within 1 day. After using 3 hour I realized display is flickering and immediately raise a complain at flipkart. I am expecting a replacement but flipkart instruct me to go service center and service center took 20 days to replace the handset.

    Filpkart ka eak aur scam hai down payment in no cost emi .
    Is may aagar aap koi bhe phone credit card say buy kar tay ho like moto edge 50 fusion to us may down payment against no cost emi aata hai .
    Last mai note may likha ho ta hai k user can pay down payment through upi , net banking , debit card etc . Par aap upi ya koi aur option choose kar n k liya milta he nahe hai vo amount bhe credit card say he deduct ho ta hai . Ple make video on this.
