I have a 6m.o. and shes doing wonderfully, but my heel is not (either done by her or enforced by me) completly touching my hip but more of a walk near me Any reason to change that into what i see in the vid?

No I’m not a breeder. Also just some advice, if you are looking for a puppy and lead with the question ‘how much?’ 99.99% of breeders won’t even respond.
If your dog gets distracted easily on a walk then you need better obedience and then it won't matter what's around to them because your commands are top tier. It's a values system, your voice has a certain amountIof worth and that rabbit or squirrel or etc has a value also and so you need to train them that your voice is worth more than anything else at all. It's not the dog because I have a malinois and a yellow lab and a pitbull and they all listen the same. My commands are worth more than anything else to all three of them but it takes dedicating your time to training them . You can't just get a dog and then that's it and your the picture perfect american family lol you have to make sure you know what the dog your getting needs.

@@killa-ma-jig7281 What is your deal? Go split hairs and spread your negativity somewhere else. This dude could wipe the floor with you with his little finger and his eyes closed, especially when it comes to dog training. Don't be a douche
This is a very common misconception. I understand how you could think that, but you are reading the dog incorrectly. For example, most people think a dog wagging his tail means ‘happy!’ BUT, that same tail wag could mean the dog is about to attack something. Just bc it CAN mean happy, doesn’t mean it ALWAYS means happy. Ears back CAN mean a dog has been over pressured, but also CAN mean the opposite. There are many LEVELS when it comes to one’s ability to READ a dog. Another example and some food for thought; a person laughing CAN indicate that they are experiencing joy, BUT, a lot of people laugh when they feel nervous or uncomfortable. They layman could see the laugh and think, that person must be happy!! But in reality they could be on an awkward date and feel wildly uncomfortable!
To me, he is waiting in anticipation for what is next. High level focus and waiting for next command. I see nothing but confidence. Nothing insecure about him.

@@AndyKrueger no joke… just wondering what you recommend for leashes, collars, things for him to bite…. Etc
@@Redlegarty Would you mind sharing how I offend you? Just curious!
@@AndyKrueger I’ve been saying you offend me ever since I watched one of your videos and you casually said “ I hope I didn’t offend anyone “ as a joke. So ever since than I’ve said you offend me when I comment on your excellent videos. You have to admit you’re kind of offensive. Somewhat…
@@Redlegarty Hahaha! Yeah that’s fair 😆🙏🏼
Hello brother do you have any puppies for sale? And how much each?
Looks like you starve your dog so he works for treats?
Certainly not! 😆 This is what a healthy, food motivated dog looks like my friend 🙂
@@AndyKrueger can see his ribs is that just his build?
@@T.J-and-Soul If you can’t see a dog’s ribs they are very much overweight.
@@AndyKrueger yes I'm actually just learning that. Thank you so much for answering Bro
Tf does opiea mean lol
Haha! It is ‘Heel’ in French
@Andy Krueger Dog Training bro done taught his dog french ! Salute to that. I just bougth a German Shepard.. plan on training heel etc.. based off your videos
@@DSFiveO Awesome, thank you 🙏🏼 We compete in the French Ring Sport, therefore the French commands. A lot of GSD’s compete in IGP, a German protection sport, you should check it out 👊🏼
Not everyone lives in a. Ice quiet street to walk walk in the city
I do, watch my other videos 🙂
Try to get kind of motivation with a backyard bred mutt. This isn’t realistic unless you have a well bred working breed.
No that’s not true. You can get big motivation for food, even out of mutts, as long as their diet is correct!
@@AndyKrueger I’m sure if they have that kind of drive. Most are no equipped with the motor patterns or skills.
@@benjaminAgagne Dogs or handlers?
That was a play time not a regular walk on a street
You think?
My dogs aren't employees.... they're my children,
and they'll do as they're told period. it could literally save
their life. Strict and loving has always worked for me.
I get what you mean, but let’s be honest, they’re not actually children. Treating them as such can be very detrimental to them (by my standards, not yours). Would you think of a child as a dog? I hope not! So why think of a dog as a child?
@@AndyKrueger LOL It's just an analogy brother. A better way i could have said it is I love my dogs like my kids.
Truth is my dogs listen to me because I'm the leader of the pack and that's just the way it is. I currently have a beautiful 7 year old
17-month-old
I set them up for success and their willingness to please.. and of course respect.
@@frankm4486 Which is why I said I get what you mean! 😆 But you seriously love dogs the same as your own children? 😳 Isn’t being the leader the same as being a boss??
@@AndyKrueger No it;s more like being a parent. A boss can fire an employee, but a parent must work the problems/ issues.
Come on man... I'm not telling you anything you dont already know. Sheeeesh...!! LOL
I dont know why but my previous comment was incomplete. This is what I meant to say.

You did not train that dog with 0 corrections.
You’ve misunderstood the title. I said I take my dog for a walk and use rewards and no corrections.
@@AndyKrueger Sounds good. Kind of pointless though when their are 0 distractions.
What's the benifit of not correcting the dog during traing?
@@killa-ma-jig7281 What is your deal? Go split hairs and spread your negativity somewhere else. This dude could wipe the floor with you with his little finger and his eyes closed, especially when it comes to dog training. Don't be a douche
Given the dog's ears, he is insecure and mistakes have been made in teaching.
This makes no sense whatsoever.
