Assembly is definitely tricky ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx1N3gatJfHIxCsI2TbcOH1-k8v-EDJ40N but as long as you GO IN ORDER of the steps the booklet has, it’s all good. It took us about 30 minutes to assemble. Although it did come with a defect-the bottom 2 sticks which is suppose to be only for extra support to hold the whole thing together was not able to be put on. They didn’t make holes for it. So there was no way to screw them on. We decided we didn’t need them. So far so good. Everything else we screwed on tightly. We only use it for the basic stuff. We didn’t want to go through all the hassle during Christmas for returns lol. Other than that, we’ve used it many times now, and we get great workouts out of it!

You are the first workout I can follow. You cater to all brain capacities and the way you are facing makes following the instructions easy. It helps include all special needs people and regular needs people as well!!!! Thank you for being so thoughtful!!!

Guys, just hit pause! I never expect to understand any workout video that is based on dance moves. This isn't pilates or yoga. Any dance-associated workout video I've watched online was always too fast for me. So, take the time to watch the video through the first time. Then on your first attempt, use that pause button until you understand what you're doing. I know it's more effort but it's worth it. As for the video angle... yeah, that's weird. But homegirl shot this in quarantine by herself... so props for trying. :) Keep at it everyone! We got this!

UA-cam has this cool feature that you can use, even on a phone, of being able to slow down the video so you can have a little more time to observe and absorb what she is doing.
      All the best!

I loved that I could view it from the back, makes right and left instructions much more easy for me to follow! Great workout!

Day 1 - I made it past warmup, couldnt hold balance to complete exercise - but my heartrate was up, hips felt great.
Day 2 - Past warmup, completed side 1, couldnt hold balance though. Heartrate great, noticed later hip mobility is smoother - cool!
Day 3 Past warmup, balance is better!made it through left and right phase 1's! Noticed in the morning, hips are a little sore from day previous. Heartrate feeling good.
Even if you cant do it all, do what you can!

some of them were hard to see at first, but since it's a video I really didn't feel any pressure to get it perfect right away
I also get bored easily, but I this was just my style..

Really like this it scores all the right points - got a little confused with the mirror as couldn't see what you were doing with the feet/legs and hurt my neck the first time because I wasn't using a supporting leg on the ground! As soon as moves learned fantastic felt it in the fat tum more than for ages!! Thanks, Janice

This vid is better than the other one where the cameraman was all over the place. But you still need to find a better angle so we can see front and sideways...your back is not interesting. Also the first half is more of a dance routine than a workout, which makes it hard to follow...I'd say do your moves for a longer time so we can adjust...nice moves though..

Hey do you have advice for moms? I’m at a very healthy weight and exercise every day. But no matter what exercises I do, sit ups, dancing, ab machines, yoga, etc, my little mom area pooch stays. I have had 3 pregnancies. Is it a lost cause? Maybe surgery is the only answer?

Wish there was a side view for a number of moves to show all sides of the movement. Sometimes cannot tell is leg is straight or bent at knee; how far up leg is moving, whether leg is being moved forward as it is lifted; how far down elbows are being pulled down, etc.

Is this a secret routine that we are supposed to know how to do? I was a good workout but I felt that I was going half of it wrong becuase I needed some more explanation or a different camera angle to see how things were being done.

diff moves were good- instruction could be clearer though, just goes into move without prior warning or explanation/showing. hard on the neck. overall good. side view helps us see what you're actually doing with legs or maybe more clear without mirror

  • @lueezbee9755
    @lueezbee9755 4 роки тому

Facing the camera, turn the music volume down a bit. I’d prefer to hear instruction not fight to hear either/or. How about showing the move (practice) before actually doing it, like at different angles so people can follow easier.... read the comments on the video to see what people want to make it better and therefore get more subscribers/referrals... just a thought?! 💪🏼
