Nah he's being smart about this. Anytime he does speak of her, he speaks well. Otherwise he just doesnt mention her. It makes him look classy, and Blake looks bad. His strategy is helping him win in the court of public opinion.

If you listen and compare the interviews that Justin and Blake are giving, it seems like Blake is in her own little dreamland, she doesn't even know what the movie is really about, she talks only about her relationship with Ryan as if that matters to everyone in the world. Justin is an awesome person, he goes about talking about the real intention behind the movie and the story, you can really tell who the problematic person is in this whole fiasco
