I Like Weird Lenses

I was given an old slide projector, and I thought I’d take the lens out of it and try to use it on my Fujifilm cameras…
I’ll run through how I fitted it, and show some sample images of portraits, landscape and nature shots.
Let me know if you also use some weird lenses on your camera, and what you think own them.
All the gear used in this video is mine, bought at full retail with my own money.

Why not? A lot of people are converting projector lens these days. You are not alone. Very nice bokeh with this lens, no toneh👍

Hey Greg, great to see you reusing the old projector lens. Have to shoot a link to this video to a friend of mine who will be interested.
Can you update us on your bike? Mine's (same as yours Ridstar H20) just clocked over 900km and I'm adding a second battery to do longer rides (and get back).

My bike is going fine. Haven't updated anything on it since the video. Have been toying with thoughts about a 2nd battery, as a friend I ride with has just added one to his to extend the range. The easiest way is to simply buy another battery that slides in. We went the more complicated route with our escooters and wired in second batteries with a switch to swap over.
