The pistons are polished steel so nothing really sticks to it anyway. I just use soap water and a toothbrush, believe it or not the nylon toothbrush is softer than the steel and can't scratch the pistons, then blast some air in to dry
Be careful running THAT much brake fluid in your res. When your system gets hot it will expand and will have no where to go other than pushing out your pads. It can cause front wheel lock ups. ALWAYS run your fluid res between the min and max line. Never on the max or over. Stay safe.

Soapy water works fine and doesn't create an absolute mess
