Im 5''8 and weight 180lb. im working in going up in weight. ive been taking HGH & Deca 300. and i must say its working really well, my body has changed a lot and ive only taken it for about 3 months, Of course im not abusing it but just taking very small dosage. I would WISH to have a body at least similar to Victor in 7-8 yrs from now. Keep up the hard work bro :)

@studywar I didn't say it needed concentration but I'm sure you can burn more calories by pedaling faster, it's like reading a book on a treadmill, you can't run and read, therefore your not hitting the potential amount of calories your able to burn in a set time.
@iMrTom163 rotating your legs on a stationary bike doesn't involve much concentration. You can easily multi-task. Reading a book or putting a really mean, concentrated look on your face while doing cardio won't change the amount of calories you are ultimately burning.

victor just typifies what is wrong with todays pros. they are all huge but i just wonder what made them that way. yes they all have great genetix but that will only get you so far. these guys DO NOT train hard. they train VERY diligently, 5 sets of every exercise etc, 6-7 days a week, eat a fantastic diet BUT the stimulus for growth is missing. when you get so big, the body just has to be forced to make gains. sadly these guys RELY on huge dosages. look at his waist when an amateur for proof.
first off there is no such thing as "lean muscle" thats like saying "muscle muscle" its just muscle buddy. and only 25-30lbs? lmfao, ive gained 50lbs of pure muscle in my first 2 years of training naturally and im still making about 1lb of muscle a month gains. each person is different and SOME (very VERY few) can get extremely big naturally without any roids. but to get to like 280lbs of pure muscle at 4% bodyfat, ya thats not humanly possible. but it is possible to get to say about 230
