Lol Do you know how many removal tools I've thrown out before I realized I was over tightening and squishing the o-rings!!!🤣🤣👍🏻 🍺🍺🍺🥃🥃🎯🏌🏻♀️ Stay safe. Retired (werk'n)keyboard super tech. Wear your safety glasses!
410a is much harder to hold the stem in. I o e had a heap multi piece tool. It was brazed together. It blew apart on me. Lost most of the charge and a pair of underwear.
Don’t forget to use silicone grease or NYLOG around the shaft of the hand valve because those Appian valves eventually sometimes leak through the stem through the body of the valve. In a little NYLOG or silicone grease Many guys have ruined their nice long pooldown on vacuum just to discover that their core removal tool has been leaking. Sometimes another problem if you’re trying to use your core removal tool for high-pressure nitrogen decay test so manufacturers want 450 psi even up to 650 psi you may fail your high-pressure nitrogen decay test because of a small leak from the O-ring seals of your court removal tool.
I love these! I have three of the standard ones, as well as one sized for mini split units.
Like your last name!

Nice explanation 👍
Nice job😊
I’ve got a cheap one and a spoon both are great
👍
Hilmor doesn’t have that problem! It grips the core like an alligator. Have you tried one?
No, I’ve never used one.
Hilmor? I will check it OUT! Thanks!!!
The valve body is good the removal tip sucks
