Thank you for talking about this! I have now been experiencing panic attacks ever after my last exam in high school (due to fear of failing it). The majority of the symptoms you listed are what I experience. But of course, as a student, I can’t run away from exams (I have panic attacks the night of every exam or just randomly). Is there anything you can suggest for me?
