I have a Quadro K6000 with 2880 Kepler FP32 and INT32 CUDA cores, and 960 FP64 and INT64 CUDA cores. The problem is you cannot overclock the core as the frequency and voltages are locked in the VBIOS; however, the 384-bit GDDR5 memory bus can be overclocked from the 7 GHz stock up to 7.2 GHz with ease, and that does yield some performance as well as memory bandwidth increase.
Its like you read my mind...I've been putting these and K2200s in budget builds for a while now. they are "OK" for budget gaming these days. They are cheap on eBay (at least in the UK - cheaper than both the 1030 and 750) and can still game at lowered settings

The K4000 uses the exact same silicon as the Kepler GTX 660 from what I remember. Meaning you can easily get a stable overclock at 980 Mhz core and 1502 Mhz on VRAM (should disable ECC though). Given those OCs, it should win here. However, the 750 and GT 1030 most likely have much better DX12 support, as the K4000 only supports feature level 11_0.
