@@tilapiadave3234 google "overclockzone gpu". This is where I bought it. Some of the seller might be able to speak english. Anyway, I don't recommend this, because the shipping and custom cost wouldn't justify buying it and the warranty will not cover you (no global warranty here). Even worse, knowing you're overseas, some seller might just simply con you. Should you decide to gamble, it's your own risk. But if you happen to have a chance to visit Thailand, I would be happy to help.
japanese people are SOO clean, they even give you guarantee if something goes wrong while in iran or probably lot of places around the world, you have to test the product in the same day, and when it works fine you either take it or leave it, assuming you accepted to risk of purchasing used gpu and 5 days later it suddenly breaks. you call back to the seller and guess what? you're responsible for breaking it so theyre not accepting return
AMD 2600 non-X ATM in Oz are currently going for $50 AUD. The problem is B450 MOBO’s are overpriced. Hope your allergy’s come good brother. Hope you get well soon.
It sucks that there's no shops like this stateside. Our only option is ebay and you're bidding against the entire country's people looking for a good deal. Good for the seller but hard to find really good deals for the buyer. But if you're patient you'll still find a good deal. I sniped an open box z690 Tomahawk for $97 last weekend. That's supposed to be a $250 board and when I got it there aren't even indentations on the m.2 heatsink pads so I don't think it's ever been powered up. LGA 1700 pins looked perfect as well. Mates perfectly with the 12700k I got for $250 recently too. Alder Lake is really seeing some killer sales lately and z690 boards are seeing solid discounts too.
I think the best used deals I have seen are the Ryzen 5 2600X $35 and the RX 5600XT $65. $100 and you basically get near same experince as a 5600X/RX6600.
I'm mainly playing older games and riot games but I'm getting 4k120 from my 1060 with a dp>hdmi cable, surprisingly perfect Valorant gpu, I was expecting to have to get a 30 series card just for the hdmi 2.1 but it wasn't neccasary!
PSUs, cases, and mobos are overpriced at the moment. GPUs, storage, and RAM are dirt cheap. It's weird (and, I think, intentional). Right now it seems like 1070s are good pick-ups and they still offer really solid performance. Used Ryzen 2600s are still probably the best price-to-performance option for mid-range builds. I see, and have snatched up, a lot of Dell/HP OEM type GPUs for cheap. Ugly but great deals. ----- I noticed that I didn't see nearly the sales increase one might expect from tax-return season here in the US. Which I anticipated given the market and lower average returns. I didn't stock up on builds that much and kept thing more towards the lower/mid-range and I'm glad I did.
People are building towards a recession so they’re going into savings mode. Personally I think you should buy any goods you can while you can with the way global trade could have problems again any moment.

Hey, they all work for 1080P low/medium and high respectively along with decent frame rates so for the price you can't really go wrong. Oh, from experience, the 4770 is going to dust the 1400X as that was a big underperformer for AMD's first entry into their chiplet foray. As for the economy and the US dollar...The FED has two viable choices. Keep raising interest rates by 25 to 50 basis points every meeting until inflation switches to deflation for 2 consecutive meetings at which point they hold until we finally, someday, get back to the 1.5-2.5% range *_OR_* they can be the ones responsible for crashing the US economy, getting the countries that remain loyal to the dollar as the world's reserve currency to say _"Sorry Americans, but either peg your money to gold or we are out."_ That along with China and Russia's push to get people away from the dollar will most likely be enough to end the US hegemony and at that point PC gaming will probably seem like an afterthought since that will leave politicians no choice but to start (though someone else will be blamed) a major War that involves all the major countries in favor of supplanting the dollar on the world stage. As poor a job as our current admin is doing, and they are literally doing everything wrong _imo,_ completely ignoring the will of the majority of the people who want higher interest and lower prices on EGGS and gasoline and unsurprisingly siding with corporations and taking it very, very slowly, keeping that money printer on standby 24/7. You know, the people who would rather see companies profits go way down than see us in the middle of World War 3 while a Civil War rages at home so we can keep the stock market propped up at any and all expense including hundreds of thousands of US citizen lives when the conflicts can no longer be supported by proxy and involve teenagers putting their boots on the ground on foreign soil so Nvidia and Raytheon shares stay over $250 and $85 respectively. No worries if your typical Joe all of a sudden loses both his kids in a battle we never wanted, then the marraige dissolves because the loss of the children along with the value of every dollar earned drops by 66%+ is just too much for the family to get through... That story might come to pass regardless of whois in office, and there is a good chance that even if Biden supports the FED and their current _raise, raise, hold_ method whoever is president next may not, and god forbid that printer goes back on. That's just inviting a full blown Depression, which is the last thing you want, and again, with the US dollar in it's most precarious position in almost 100 years, there would be a major War as well, I just don't see any way to avoid it should that printer go back on. Can anyone see the US just saying _"Sure, we'll give up most of our global influence while eliminating all the loopholes for the ultra-wealthy and corporations, at the same time making a two generation long push towards family values to try to ensure the health of the lower and middle class even if all of our $500 million USD+ citizens see their net worth cut in half."_ ? Yeah, so rate hikes or hand Johnny his gun and send him overseas? It's up to the corporate lobbyists, not us, and I think we all know which outcome they will pick.

I've got 2 RX 580 8GB for dirt cheap, so cheap that I wouldn't care if those GPU's are dead in 6 months to 1 year. One of them was used for mining (it had flashed bios) and the second one I am not sure if it was used for mining, it is good looking, no sign of flashed bios. Both run great, no crashes. With the one that had flashed bios, I've reflashed the bios. BTW I've paid for them around 50-60 Euro.
That's cool that old material price drops, GTX1080 are at ~120$ , but dont forget one thing, there is no more drivers optimise/update for this material and games made since 2022, so your perfs are good for older game and begin to drop for new games. And that only the begining, since some bad developers made huge requirement ammount of Vram for some games... 12GBVram for play at 1080p, holy shit. For old game, it's cool, but there is the GTX 1650; 1660/S/Ti too and they eat less Watts and heat really less, for new heavy games go to AMD with the RTX6700xt, because of 12GB Vram. Can be found arround 300$

I needed to see this video today. I just picked up a GTX1070Ti for $130 to 'upgrade' my sons computer from a GT1030.. We arent concerned with 4k gaming and he doesnt play anything like Modern Warfare or Call of Duty. Minecraft, Roblox, Doom, and a lot of older titles so a 30 or 40 series would just go under utilized.

Hey Brian, I'm trying to find that awesome Sonic the Hedgehog PC case that was in picture when you filmed. As an collector of Sega consoles that would be awesome to own
No crap, these cards are going to be coming on 8 years old. Id probably look into cheap 20 series or 16 series at the very least as you can get 2060 (and supers) for pretty damn cheap, and 1660 (and supers) for dirt cheap, but you still get the full direct x 12 ultimate feature set (except raytracing on 16 series.) Before anyone gets mad at me, I totally understand the point of buying these older 10 series cards for use in systems to build and flip. Dirt cheap, great price, will still blast through every popular e-sports game. But if you are building a system for yourself or friends, spend the extremely minor extra prices to get those extra features, and most importantly driver support and game ready drivers for longer.
Yea, these cards are definitely aging. Cards like the 1070, 1080 and especially the 1080 ti put up a good fight today, with the 1080 ti being a little bit ahead of a 3060 in raster
@@Marko2010ish you lose features like dlss, ray tracing (useless at this performance tier imo, but this could change in the future), better asynchronous compute, most importantly though is longer support for game ready drivers/ driver support all together and the full dx12 ultimate api support. But if you are truly on the tightest of budgets I understand. Its just in the future when pascal stops receiving updates, Turing will have another ~2 years of updates if not more as it still supports all the newest features in DX12 ultimate. Theres a good chance performance will get better with newer games on Turing via driver updates and optimizations that pascal does not have. Again, it does cost more; so at the end of the day if you really need to save every dollar I totally understand buying pascal. I just wouldn’t spend over 150 ish on a pascal card as it will become obsolete soon, and honestly is already in the process of obsolescence. Anyway have a great day!

What happens in 2027? Is Nvidia going to fire their greedy CEO in 2027? Or will he be assassinated and rule the company as an AI robot (that will easily be hacked to cause it to cut prices in half)?
hi mate, i did get the 4500 here in europe for 50euro one month ago, i did pair it with a 1070ti for 1080p gaming and i am super satisfied with it. my sample would not overclock very good (i was keen on buying low end and OC the crap out of it) but it was a very good undervolting chip, i could set it to -0.2 vcore, which is awesome! never goes above 50° - yeah, in general performance the chip has its limitations, but if you know what u pay, it really is a nobrainer so to your question, buy the one which is cheaper, performance wise its no big difference, 3600 has a bigger l3 cache, but for me, it did not matter that much. the 4500 has enough performance to power a gtx 1080, but i would not get anything above. if you have a better GPU, dont waste money on either of the two chips, just go for a 5500 (if you have an older mainboard) or straight for the 5600 hope that helps mate, sun is shining and i am in a good mood, i hope you dont mind the lot of text :D cheers from bavaria in germany!
1070 for $66 is super lit. I'm hesitant to drop anything over 100 for the 1080, it's fine but paying premium for a card that has its coattails chased by the 1660 Super which will likely last MUCH longer is a little worrisome in 2023. 4790k for 42 is also nice, though I'm worried about those 1% drops.

In my country a used 6600xt can be had for 150$. Didn't plan for an upgrade since I mostly play RTS but the deal is just too good to let it pass.
Wow
That's really good if it's day in day out deals.
Do you post to Australia?

It’s awesome to see the finance and economics passion burning away there mate - go for it, do a side hustle if you have to - tech yes money 🎉
The 4000 series got a lot of flack but they're pretty good. I've got a 4750G as my server CPU or apu as it were. Hope this post helps someone.
I have a Laptop with a ryzen 3 4300u. It's very efficient and powerful
Hey bloke, take care of you man, want to be seeing that tech yes energy back full bore so take the time you need, we'll just chill here til ya ready.

Having a real hard time relating with your videos in Japan...when in Australia it just seemed like it was much more of a everyday hustle like it is for some of us here in the states...having people that you could go to for mass deals, etc....now just seems like trying to find a open box deal in a best buy....love you man,but just not the same.
Yes, but what's the expected longevity of these ~7 years old cards, many of which have been refurbished after mining?
Exactly. Seem like a bargain, but you've no idea about their history or how long they'll last, espeically as they're old enough to have gone through two mining eras
main pc running my 3070ti but my second one which is use for lan party's etc had a 970 so i decided to upgrade and got a 1070ti for 100 euro's amazing deal

That Buy More was a bust every time I went in it for the two months I was in Tokyo.... you'd think, you'd start lowering when they are just piling there forever but nopeeeeeee
6:13 - 7:52 you may need to adjust your framerate to match the electricity to prevent that flicker. Tokyo is 50hz, so you'd need 25 or 50fps.

BTW I've paid for them around 50-60 Euro.

good stuff Bryan as always hope your Dad and Mom are ok back hear in Australia im heading to Philippines next month love the heat there !!!
Gold Coast/Brisbane also a bust these days. Plenty of Ryzen CPUs on offer but no mobos. GPU prices still all over the place.
I bought a ryzen 5 4500 with a b450 motherboard. It's over clocks to 4.3Ghz paired with my rtx 3060Ti it runs all the latest games

I just bought a 1070 G1 for 200€,is still better then a 2060TI or a 1660 Super that i have one for 180€
@@RST-R-MODS AGREE! I bought 1070Ti for 175€. I did research and they are pretty much the same as 2060....even maybe better to 2060Ti as you said.

7:35 ..... That i7-2600K for 22 bucks is still nice , IF you have a good motherboard for it !
i remember getting a 1080ti on launch or like a week later (sometime in 2017) and the the founders editioin 99 dollars off from bestbuy so I think i payed 600 back then and it literally has lasted me til like a month ago lol, card still works just fine.I finally needed an upgrade 6 year GPU life spam isnt too shabby. problem with that 1070 is even though its an aero card thats the same cooler on the OEM cards and those are the ones you see on ebay a lot as-is. that cooler is actually synonymous with cards that are as is. i actually wouldnt buy one cheap working if it had that cooler

Waiting for 2027
Used 30 series have never been so cheap!
What happens in 2027? Is Nvidia going to fire their greedy CEO in 2027? Or will he be assassinated and rule the company as an AI robot (that will easily be hacked to cause it to cut prices in half)?
I just sold a GTX 1060 6GB for $50. SoCal, US
Would you choose a ryzen 3600 or 4500?
hi mate, i did get the 4500 here in europe for 50euro one month ago, i did pair it with a 1070ti for 1080p gaming and i am super satisfied with it. my sample would not overclock very good (i was keen on buying low end and OC the crap out of it) but it was a very good undervolting chip, i could set it to -0.2 vcore, which is awesome! never goes above 50° - yeah, in general performance the chip has its limitations, but if you know what u pay, it really is a nobrainer
so to your question, buy the one which is cheaper, performance wise its no big difference, 3600 has a bigger l3 cache, but for me, it did not matter that much. the 4500 has enough performance to power a gtx 1080, but i would not get anything above.
if you have a better GPU, dont waste money on either of the two chips, just go for a 5500 (if you have an older mainboard) or straight for the 5600
hope that helps mate, sun is shining and i am in a good mood, i hope you dont mind the lot of text :D
cheers from bavaria in germany!
Love a solid 1080 deal
What do you think about installing Windows 11 on those unsupported processors ?
1070 for $66 is super lit. I'm hesitant to drop anything over 100 for the 1080, it's fine but paying premium for a card that has its coattails chased by the 1660 Super which will likely last MUCH longer is a little worrisome in 2023. 4790k for 42 is also nice, though I'm worried about those 1% drops.
970 was 66bucks, its a mistake in the list
Honestly here in Serbia we have better deals localy, lol. RTX 3080 for about 460$, RTX 3070 ranging from 300 to 380$, 3060tis from 280 to 350$.. GTX 1070 go for about 130$ and 1080ti for about 200$
