Really good workout gents. Love the fact we now have a range from 30 to 90 minutes, something to suit all tastes and time availability. We need more metal in the Soundtrack though! Put some Slayer on every time there is a sprint! It works a treat
Intersting, as I loved the rhythmic pace of the music. But I must say I'm 67 and half deaf ! Easley did the first 30 minutes of this ride. I personally do a lot of video production you might try editing in a few clips from a helmet cam from (from and back) Really great video work here, Thank You!
Intervals are beyond my reach, just started riding again at 82 years. I will get there 😁. For now I ride it as a Paceline with a Polar heart rate on my and my own music. Thanks for posting the Real Thing. What Country do you ride in please?
Thank you !! what is the title of the first sound track?! I love the way you incorporate the interval on and off with the passing and the drafting at the last 4 seconds with your buddy taking over the lead! It great psychological game for intervals on / off !! It really works !!
