      Gearing graphic, big C/R or small C/R would be cool to add. Also, I've been doing your workouts 2 times a week since January 4th and experienced knee soreness. I realized, I needed a recovery week (last week) and I feel great now.
      I know I made a mistake by doing 2 hiits a week for 7 weeks straight, my question is,,, I'm going to do fun rides for the next few months,,, When can I do another block of these? June? At 4 weeks? Thanks for the vids!!!!

    Great workout! Definitely favor the longer (40-60min) rides. Hank never fails to get me through these!

      People at may gym may not know who Hank is, but they must think I’m angry at him for as much as I curse him. I love every second of it though.

    I love GCN training videos. I started a fitness journey in October 2020 with an indoor bike and I began to use gcn in January 2021. I am the fittest I've ever been and lost 1 stone 4lb thanks to the videos and fantastic instructors in them! Thank you!

    I love your videos. I have been using them almost daily since COVID-19 compelled me to cancel my gym membership. I am trying to lose about 30 pounds, which is hard at 48 years old. I like the fact that these are very good workouts and don't revolve around music that I don't like (I like jazz, which is horrible for spinning). I also appreciate that the workouts are based on basic cycling principles, which makes them feel very natural to me. Anyway, I appreciate what you are doing and have been meaning to come here and say so for close to a year!

    Love the longer sessions. Would be great if we could get a steer of what we should be looking for as % of FTP. Opie did it on one of his longer sessions and I found it helpful to keep me focused when I could barely remember my name on the longer pushes. Thx

    Great workout. Not been on a bike for 20 years but just invested in a Schwinn Trainer. Have managed to do this session for the last 4 weeks and can feel an improvement already. 69 years and still going strong.

    Ramp is a fun format. For me, the challenge is matching my pace to the time/effort level. GCN staff suffering happily with me is an important part of my motivation , so thanks.

    Thank you so much to the whole GCN team for these incredible training sessions. I’ve been doing 1-2 per week since March (as cross training for running) and I’ve really seen the improvements in my power. When I first started, the highest my watts would reach for a 30 sec max effort was about 220. Today, it reached 290 for the entire 30 seconds!! For context I’m about 47kg so I’m delighted with that, and it’s all thanks to you guys for providing these priceless sessions entirely for free. More importantly, I look forward to them every week; you guys are hilarious! ❤️❤️

    Yes, thanks again Manon! Even Hanks constant encouragement couldn’t soften that last 6 minute section of the pyramid, but he tried at least.
    My FTP is 256 currently so without further guidance I just did what I could to maintain at the stated cadence, that was 300 W plus for me throughout the session, so happy with that.
    I would like the %FTP stated though but it’s not a deal breaker.
    It was brilliant as always, thank you so much for putting that much effort into what are free training sessions available at any time of day or night and it never feels like you are riding alone, I have my mate Hank with me on this one, result.

    Killer session. For as physically tough as this is (and it’s 🥵🥵🥵), it’s just as mentally tough for me. I didn’t think I could do the 5 and 6-min efforts but I did them all with no breaks (as prescribed)! 💪💪💪 crazy what the body can do if the mind can push you through it

    This was great. I can only hope to see more longer sessions like this one in the future. Perhaps a session that hits the full 60 minute mark. This is my second time doing this session this week. I really do enjoy it. Makes me want to do it every day 😁
