I own a Tacx trainer for five years now but I had never enjoyed it. I had never used it for longer than 30 minutes. With this video I finally could enjoy it. It's way more fun that you have kinda the feeling of riding in a pack. At least it feels like not being alone while you can still train in winter season :-)
These videos are a great way to start my morning, love traveling with this crew. No screaming at me, great music to spin with and on-screen dash board has just the right amount of info.Thx-u

This prompted the query following, is there a Hamilton alum, parent, supporter in your crew? And I am aware this is an older vid. 😊 Again, glad to have found you folks!!
Thanks God, I'm alive! Dislike for unbalanced training program. I had felt my headblooding at the edge! Warming up is too short for so hard and very long efforts. In the end, when you increase difficulty, and strength go down, my cadence go down to 80 rpm on 6th effort! Recovery's rpm optimal is 90 and in turbo training (sprint) it should be 105+ bpm. This program does not working on stand trainer with transmission gear 52/14 and optimal tire load pressure, like in another training programs.
Amazing vids! I use them every day, you just can't cycle around where I live if you value your life! What a beautiful city Melbourne is, you lucky sods! Only downer is it's gotta be some of the worst mixing I've ever heard :D but some of the best on youtube for visuals: 10/10.
This workout is ok but the scenery is boring same and the featured cyclist don’t seem to be at level 5 intensity. Be great to have some hills climbing snd descending thrown in once in awhile and see some interesting landscape. Global Cycling Network has some good indoor testing workouts. There you workout with pros. That’s fun for a change.
