The weather here in the UK is normally rubbish so it’s nice to ride in the Melbourne sunshine. I cast to a 36” tv in front of my bike and ride along as if I’m there, putting in the extra effort to get to the front when it’s my turn. No more boring training sessions for me. “Time for a coffee?” This time it’s on me. 👍
Watching these videos while writing my exercise bike sure does make it a lot more fun and a lot easier. Even at my best I could never ride with you guys but man do I enjoy it. Thanks guys, you have a friend in Columbus Ohio USA!
We bought a Spirit stationery for days I can’t go to spin class, excellent choice and finding this video has made it work, BTW just celebrated 71 🚴♀️ hit the road in the spring!
Gave this one a go after doing the 30 and 45 mins regularly for a while thinking "How hard can 25 mins be?!" VERY as it turns out. The shorter recoveries make a massive difference, they barely give you enough time to catch your breath, never mind catch a drink! This video has made me work harder than the other ones, top job, thanks guys 👍 but I think I'll treat myself to the 45 min vid next time! 😅

You're a bunch of old geezers! I'm sixty five and thought I was virtually riding with a buch of young studs. I don't know if this makes me feel worse or better! Thanks, great work.
Love these videos. I have a WattBike and have used Zwift, Rouvy etc... but find them a bit clunky and boring. To me erg mode feels un-natural so I don't use it. I might as well ride and watch a video so these fit the bill perfectly for structured training. I have my bike in front of a big TV screen with a Firestick, bluetooth headphones and a couple of fans. Strangely I always manage to keep up with you! 😅

This is one of your best videos. I love the pace in between intervals, because I'm doing out of the saddle on every other interval which is challenging for me.Thank you for making such good videos. P.S. There's one twenty minute video you've done where the music sucks. I think it's heavy metal or something. I don't know! and I'm very versatile with music, but not that. SORRY!

excelent for high cadence (100 - 110 rpm) training
25 minutes crams in an hour on my legs. Great ride out though 10:26 to go you announce shorter intervals. You guys kill me or at least make me rinse.
