This is great ... Government should frame rules like some foreign countries. One important thing I have noticed cost also not too high and he did not use the plastic or marbles in the courtyards. Most of the people in Kerala to avoid grass in courtyard area use the Marbles and Plastic which is why now people started suffering from flood for 2 ~3 days of rain. Also, its high time for government to frame rules what is suit for Kerala climate. There is no use I know as politicians and rich in Kerala least bothered about all these and they compete each to show off who build big house etc .... 🤐🤐
