There are mixed responses from students when asked how they’d assess the Modi government’s highs and lows.
Some value development, pointing at improvement in infrastructure and India’s elevation on the global stage. Others base it on welfare schemes and the haphazard implementation of policies like NEP. And almost everyone has something to say on the state of communal harmony in India.
At St Joseph’s College in Bengaluru, Manisha Pande and Pooja Prasanna find out just what young voters want.

We have a World class airport but third class infrastructure and other amenities. Potholed Roads, overflowing drains, stinking Garbage, no pedestrian-footpath facilities.

You should've gone to a govt college not to a college where its mostly upper middle class. Modi is for rich people and some of these students wouldn't mind one more or permanent PMship for him. NEP is garbage and its going to affect next generation and one girl is impressed. White shirt Delhi guy understands the current situation and its heartening see someone from younger generation has put in some effort. Rest were all bit confused on what to expect from a MP and from an MLA.
