Ya I have a video called making cheese with thistle rennet.

@@RoughRoadHomestead I have a fig tree at my house. They say the latex from fig trees is even a better rennet. Once I run out of my commercial rennet, I might try it. Good to know plant source rennet works.

@@TemplarX2 you can also use stinging nettle. I've used nettle to culture yogurt but I haven't used it as rennet though.
