    This looks absolutely beautiful, and I love that you completed naturally which I prefer and I hope to try your recipe; please share your seasonings when you have a few moments. Additionally, I wondered if you have tried curing any, for several months to a year, while I am curious of aging cheese, I know little of the details, however another post kinda presented the thought for yours with the flavors setting.

      Thanks! Yes I'm editing the cheddar one now, so should be up in a day or so. The cheddar one I do use a rennet though.
