From the Author (PLEASE READ):
Context: You've known Damien since you both were children. You, an orphaned siren, and he, an orphaned elf, made for quite the team. You both would grow into pirates known the world over, even after your old friend was turned into a vampire against his will. He set off on one final solo mission, leaving you with your beloved ship, which you swore to guard until his return... He'll return one day, you're sure. He has to...
OH BOY, this was an editing job and a half for me (just look at the SFX list (⊙ˍ⊙) ). This gem kept nagging at me every time I thumbed through my saved scripts. I kept putting it off, knowing how much had to go into the SFX side of the audio to do the script justice. But here we are. I took the plunge and I'm glad I did. This script also pushed on my boundaries for my acting, as I admittedly had a hard time holding one specific voice with the character while in the throes of despair.
I really hope you all enjoy this one. This whole process really pushed on my abilities to make these RP experiences.

This is such an unusual story! I really liked that you were able to go through a lot of emotions in only 10 minutes. And a cat cafe owned by an eldritch being sounds like a whole lot of fun.
This is definitely one of the more unique premises I've read. And Esme has a way with emotional roller coasters, I've come to find out 😊

As the Wind Moans through the Sails, you hear a Haunting Melody rise on the wind. Then slowly, you hear a Crack! Which slowly spreads, until I am free. As I slump to the deck, you manage to wrest the ship away from it's prison.
"Hello, my Love! What brings you back, after so long? I don't resent you at all, my Darling. I'll be fine! The Crystal kept me from Freezing in the Icy Wind. I have at least that to thank my Shimmering prison for.

What i Becoma A Crystal Or i am Death?..
It was described as "encased in crystal" in the script. By the end of it, you are out of the crystal but weakened otherwise. Hope that clears it up 😅
I thought of it as a crystal kinda chrysalis.
