We need many-many leaders to administer growth many-many technocrats to input change engineers-teachers-builders-soldiers-investors---this is massive to rest on the shoulders of one leader. This project presupposes a societal upgrading stability-marketing-network-peace-hard work- resources the facilities supply which could be a huge challenge. I pray that our leaders have the wisdom.
Impressive, you have explained it well. Sure big projects, but we have many professionals (engineers, project managers, etc). The prime minister (Abiy Ahmed) can ghost his ideas to these professionals, and he (the leader of the country) shall focus on the humanity, peace, and justice primarily.
